Job Overview
Under general supervision by the supervisor, nursing, and oversight by the PACE physicians, the nurse (RN) case manager/care coordination team leader has the responsibility to manage all PACE participants in the ambulatory setting.
Minimum Requirements
* Current valid License as a Registered Nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing.
* A minimum of one year experience in Geriatric Nursing is required.
* A minimum of one year experience is preferred in a managed care setting, preferably in utilization or case management in an ambulatory or inpatient setting.
* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Job Overview
The Dental Office Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of business, operational, compliance, and clinical dental activities at one or more of the AltaMed dental locations or outreach units. The Manager works with the clinical Site Dental Director to ensure effective and efficient workflow and operations at the dental site level. The Manager collaborates with the Clinic Director, Site Medical Director, corporate support departments, and corporate dental leaders to drive performance and outcomes of organization-wide strategic goals under the Quality, Service, Finance, and People categories. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration required

**Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of related work experience; 7-10 preferred. Experience in Quality Improvement required. Experience working with physicians and other health care professionals. Experience with clinical, safety, and quality data, and cellular therapy product processing.

Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Clinical Informaticist will be responsible for identifying appropriate solutions, making recommendations and carrying out the appropriate design, build, and tests to meet business requirements of the healthcare team utilizing the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The recommendations will include utilization of system functionality that could include but not limited to documentation tools, forms, order sets, rules, reports and other new functionalities. The Clinical Informaticist must understand regulatory requirements including but not limited to: TJC, HIPAA, and Title 22. Clinical Informaticist will serve as a liaison to all departments regarding enhancements, issues and requirements related to the electronic medical record.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
Required:
* 5+ years preferred design/build/test experience with an electronic EMR within an acute care or outpatient health care setting (Minimum 5 years required).
Preffered experience with Cerner clinical information systems.
Skills Required:
* Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint. Must possess an understanding of electronic documentation.
* Knowledge of acute care and outpatient regulatory documentation requirements including TJC, HIPAA and Title 22.

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: Project Heal is CHLA's trauma psychology program, working with children and families who have been referred for mental health services as a result of exposure to traumatic events. These events can include medical trauma, child abuse, exposure to family or community violence, or immigration trauma. The Psychotherapist II provides psychotherapeutic services for a caseload of patients with acutely complex needs. Responsible for assessment, treatment planning and provision of psychotherapeutic services to a defined caseload of patients and may also support the facilitation of groups. Employs evidence-based psychological treatment interventions and provides case management services as needed. Services are primarily clinic-based, but some field work is expected, depending on the needs of the program or individual clients. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Minimum 2+ years clinical experience with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or their families/caregivers. Training and experience in treating youth and families who have experienced traumatic events. Training in trauma informed evidence-based practices (TF-CBT) highly preferred. Art / Music / Movement therapy background preferred. Experience leading group therapy with parents and children. Experience working with youth in foster care and training and experience conducting intake assessments and evaluation of youth with trauma exposure. Bilingual or bicultural staff are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience working in health care settings and with children, adolescents, and families preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance required for positions requiring field-based services.

The Rehabilitation Aide will perform or assist with personal care ADLs/IADLs for participants in the home if needed.
