The Program Consultant supervises a diverse group of staff across three shifts to assure protection of resident rights is provided in a humane, home-like environment. The Program Consultant must be available for a varied work schedule which at times may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays. The Program Consultant is responsible for helping to coordinate and prioritizing the delivery of training and person-centered services with individuals living at PSH. This involves the integrations of various aspects of services to meet the individual requests, preferences and needs of each individual living in a designated unit. Accurate records must be maintained to assure the varied responsibilities of this position are met.
Daily contact with individuals receiving services, adult training staff, cottage, professional, ancillary and administrative staff for program planning and implementation. Routine contact with community members & businesses for networking, promotion and development of programs on behalf of facility and individuals receiving services, planning and implementation. Occasional contact with legislators for information tours and contact with parents/guardians for developing/implementing training for individuals.
Develops training and development programs via the use of a variety of methods including lecture, modeling, and visual aids. Writes educational training programs for individuals. Observes and gives feedback to adult service staff while they train and support the individuals.
Must follow basic policy or protection from harm procedures for Individuals and staff safety. Follows standard safety procedures by the manufacturers of equipment.
Minimum Qualifications: One year experience developing and delivering training programs and materials. Two years' experience leading or supervising a cottage of living unit for individuals with Developmental disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in developmental disabilities, mental disabilities, and dual diagnosis; adult education teaching skills, and strategies; person-centered planning and supports model; issues relevant to supporting/teaching individuals with handicapping conditions; regulatory guidelines and laws relevant to ICF/IDD regulations issues involving individuals with handicapping conditions. Experience following DOL guidelines and regulations regarding employment. Experience with payroll services.

The Phlebotomist is a meticulous professional who draws blood from patients generally for diagnostic purposes. S/he may test the blood specimens themselves or are responsible for labeling the specimen vials and transporting them to the lab for analysis. As a registered nurse, you'll be a voice for your patients, all while communicating with everyone involved in the plan of care-the patient, the patient's family, and the hospice care team. You'll serve as the patient advocate being able to ensure every patient receives the quality care they deserve. After-Hours Hospice RNs are salaried full-time positions to cover on call after hours from 5pm on Friday to 8am Monday morning. You will be fully supported by our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department alongside your local hospice team.

Qualifications:
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Daily Operations
* Providing exceptional service to all clientele and sharing your expert knowledge on produce
* Assisting the Produce Manager in maintaining, stocking cleaning, and keeping proper signage in the Produce Department
* Properly culling, rotating, and restocking produce
* Keeping the prep area, walk-in cooler, and sales floor clean
Company Standards
* Following all safety guidelines & reporting any missing or non-functional safety equipment
* Complying with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag
* Completing all company training as required for the produce department
* Staying up to date with the latest training and knowledge available for produce while keeping good communication with other departments
Basic Functions and Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations. Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use. Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes.
This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Academic Coordinator SSS TRIO Grant
Independence, KS
Academic Coordinator - SSS TRIO Grant Independence Community College (ICC) seeks a dedicated and student-focused Academic Coordinator to support the Student Support Services (SSS) TRIO Grant Program. The Academic Coordinator plays a key role in assisting eligible students with academic planning, course registration, tutoring coordination, and transfer guidance. This position also provides individualized support to ensure participants persist, graduate, and successfully transfer to four-year institutions.
This is a full-time, 12-month, grant-funded position reporting to the Director of TRIO Student Support Services. Continuation is contingent upon federal funding.
Work Schedule
Academic Year: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Fridays off)
Note: Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for program events.

Primary Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact at the Student Academic Center, providing professional, welcoming, and responsive front desk assistance.
* Support day-to-day SSS TRIO operations, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and database management.
* Assist students with developing academic success strategies, including study skills and time management.
* Coordinate tutoring, supplemental instruction, and academic workshops.
* Support students with transfer planning, including researching transfer institutions, completing applications, and understanding financial aid processes.
* Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and document services provided in compliance with federal TRIO regulations.
* Assist with program outreach, recruitment, and orientation of new participants.
* Collaborate with faculty, staff, and campus departments to connect students with resources.
* Contribute to required federal reporting, data collection, and evaluation activities.
Qualifications
* Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree in education preferred, counseling, student development, or related field preferred.
* Minimum two years of experience in office administration, student services, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively with student populations.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and customer service orientation.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with student information systems preferred.
* Experience working with TRIO or other federal grant programs preferred.
