In the position that I am in the compensation is hard to match any other place in the US

The company chooses associates by experience and by having good core values not by color,race,gender,or age.

The only real pro working for Altec was the flexibility of the schedule.

Everything about working for Altec is more of a downside than a pro. When there is work you can make good money but the second it goes away you are told sucks to be you here's your less than minimum wage check.

There wasn't anything at all.

Never saw them.

Making it so that all employees received a base pay for mobile service so when the work dries up there is no impact.

I really didn't have to prepare.

No pros just a job that once as much out of you as they can get for cheap

Does the environment poor air quality lotta overtime?

Maybe vacation time but then I’ve been here a long time. I had to hurt Mom for an hour. Everybody gets three weeks right off the bat.

Nothing they suck at their job
