Alfred “Al” Lefeld joined Alternate Solutions Health Network in 2005 and served as Chief Financial Officer until 2020 when he moved to the Chief Transformation Officer role. While Al was CFO, Alternate Solutions Health Network grew over 800% and maintained industry-leading profit margins. He brings more than 25 years of accounting and information technology experience focused on financial analysis, business management, and performance accountability.

As CTO, Al is creating the next chapter of success by spearheading initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care by an order of magnitude. He is charting our future by identifying and scaling creative ideas including payment innovation, the next generation of care delivery models, process automation, a distinctive clinician experience, and patient care insights delivered through advanced analytics.

Al received both his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Dayton. In 2010, Al was named CFO of the Year by the Dayton Business Journal.

Chad Creech is a Chief Strategy & Integration Officer at Alternate Solutions Health Network.

Emily Holiday is an Interim Chief Human Resource Officer at Alternate Solutions Health Network and is based in Dayton, Ohio. She has worked as Executive Vice President, Multifamily & Integration at Brookfield Properties; Director, Capital Planning, Global at GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER CO /OH/; and Sourcing Manager at Edgepark. Emily studied at University at Albany between 1999 and 2001.

Nate Mast serves Alternate Solutions Health Network as the Chief Clinical Officer overseeing clinical program implementation, training and education, and the development of clinical excellence. He brings 20+ years of healthcare experience designing and leading operations and strategy for both payor and provider organizations.

Nate has held senior executive positions leading national clinical and business operations within Post-Acute, Behavioral Health, and Acute-care organizations. He is focused on developing process standardization and a culture of excellence in employee experience and patient outcomes.

Nate holds both a Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
