Overview: The ATM Operations and Dispute Specialist is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the department; primarily the processing of the ATM check deposits via Image Center and researching/reviewing ATM, ACH and Zelle Disputes via Centrix, Visa DPS, Diebold Electronic Journals, Symitar and EWS systems. Responsibilities:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure all ATM checks received from managed services vendor are accounted for on a daily basis.
Research and resolve any member disputes related to ATM transactions (Cash / Check deposits, Withdrawals or Fraud) in accordance with applicable regulations.
