Pros of working at Alteryx

I love how flat this company is...the founders wait in line for coffee. I love that the company is awake to the outside world...racial inequality, LGBTQ rights. It is very deliberate in it's efforts to drive change. Oh and by the way...it is very generous with benefits and stock

Cons of working at Alteryx

I wish it was greener. Lots of disposable plastic, cups etc. No real focus on sustainability

Racism again. CEO has now made racist comments after defending the guy he hired 3 yrs ago who was also a racist. So Anderson has take this company from $115 per share to under $30. CFO is a disaster. And now we have a Twitter vid of him making fun of a black womans hair on all hands call about the second round of layoffs. Please tell me that he is fired this week board?!
