I liked the people I worked with , then it changed to a work from home. I liked the constant change and learning of new products and services. They were excellent in taking care of their employees in giving back . Over all the medical was great including the 401k match

After we were taken over , I felt like I was just another number , it turned to be more micromanaging. Commission structure changed . Lost sick time . Cap of my salary.

Always had great perks , president club , trips and more . Also based on productivity there were a lot of gift and gift card options.

I did like the CEO’s vision . He always wanted to offer more to its consumers

In spite of a great vision I feel we were mistreated as employees. There were a lot of cuts, and we were sacrificed to give back to its consumers

With my experience, I was very confident whiled I interview . I did try to understand more about the company and what it has to offer .

I felt we were paid less for the work performance we did . Since it was selling of multiple products and services

I’d love it . Working in a diverse demographic setting has always been great . You get to learn from each other

I love multitasking, be more educated of the product and services . The work environment should be comfortable with motivated employees.
