Candace Matthews is the Chief Reputation Officer (CRO), responsible for overseeing Amway’s global reputation strategy, Corporate Social Responsibility and Amway Brand. She is also the executive sponsor of Amway’s Diversity & Inclusion employee networks.

Matthews reports directly to CEO Milind Pant. She serves on Amway’s Global Leadership Team, Amway’s key decision-making body focused on strategy development and delivering meaningful ABO and customer experiences. She also serves on Amway’s Executive Staff comprised of cross-functional executive leaders focused on enhancing company culture, talent capabilities and global market needs.

Prior to taking on the role of CRO in 2019, Matthews was Regional President of the Americas, overseeing operations and working closely with Amway Business Owners in North America and Latin America markets. Matthews joined Amway in 2007 as Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to Amway, Matthews served as president of SoftSheen-Carson, Consumer Products Division of L’Oréal USA. In this role, she oversaw all company operations, including the merger of the L’Oréal’s SoftSheen and Carson businesses. Matthews was also vice president, new product and package innovation, and managing director, non-cola brands, with the Coca-Cola Company, and held senior positions at CIBA Vision Corporation; Bausch + Lomb; Procter & Gamble; and General Mills.

Matthews serves on the boards of BIC, Economic Club of Grand Rapids, Fifth Third Bank - Western Michigan, Figure Skating in Harlem and Detroit and Spectrum Health Foundation. She served previously on the boards of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park and U.S. Dream Academy.

Matthews received a BS degree in metallurgical engineering and administrative and management science from Carnegie Mellon University. She also earned an MBA degree from Stanford University.

Jennifer Bowerman is a Chief Financial Analyst at ALTICOR INC and is based in Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan Area. She has worked as Tax Associate at BDO USA LLP. Jennifer attended Grand Valley State University between 1999 and 2001.

Michael Cazer is an Exec VP/CFO at ALTICOR INC and Chief Executive Officer at Continuum Ventures LLC and is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has worked as COO at Amway, Manager of Finance - Services Europe at GE Healthcare, and Auditor at GE Corporate Audit Staff. Michael works or has worked as CFO:Consumer & Industrial at General Electric (GE). He studied at Lehigh University between 1984 and 1988.
