The Enterprise Implementation Manager works with customers on the successful deployment and production rollout of Altium Enterprise Solutions (AES). You will influence both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate value, deliver PLM best practices, and efficiently resolve internal and external issues. The EIM bridges the gap between Altium Sales, Customer Success (Technical Support), and R&D organizations.
A day in the life of our Enterprise Implementation Manager:
Project manage the PLM modules of the customer's deployment plan.
Use in-depth knowledge of client, industry, business processes, deep knowledge of the PLM, and technical expertise to drive and increase adoption and usage of AES.
Collaborate with Altium's Customer Success (Technical Support) and R&D organizations to ensure the timely resolution of issues, and propose solutions that continually add value to the customer.
Manage escalation of deployment blocking issues, and coordinate related activities with Sales, R&D, and Customer Support.
Build excellent customer relationships, and influence the adoption of recommended best practices.
Who We're Looking For
Expertise in PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Arena required
Deep technical knowledge of PLM systems and integration challenges
10 + years experience in client-facing role electronic Design Automation (EDA) experience a plus
Must be able to engage customers at both a business and technical level
Must be results-oriented and highly effective in a matrix organization while working remotely
Able to travel 30%
Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree and experience

The salary range for this role is
$139,000-$159,000 OTE

About the role:
The ECAD Content Solutions Manager curates, develops, reviews, and helps publish ECAD content that meets industry standards and customer requirements. You'll partner closely with component and semiconductor manufacturers to understand their data sources, formats, and distribution mechanisms, and you'll support Altium to optimize content integration. This role is highly collaborative-working with engineering, business, and product teams-and favors systems thinkers who automate processes over manual effort.
A day in the life of our ECAD Content Solutions Manager:
ECAD Content Publishing: Curate, develop, review, and assist with publishing ECAD-related design content aligned to industry standards and customer needs.
Manufacturer Engagement: Collaborate with component and semiconductor manufacturers to understand data sources, formats, and distribution mechanisms.
Content Integration: Maintain a high-level understanding of Altium's content systems to streamline and optimize content integration workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, business, and product development teams to support ECAD content initiatives and deliver solutions.
Automation Mindset: Identify opportunities to automate and systematize processes, reducing manual effort and improving scalability.
Who We're Looking For
Required: Hands-on Altium Designer experience and knowledge of other ECAD tools is a plus
8+ years of work experience within electronic industry
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering or work related experience 15+ years
Strong understanding of ECAD design and (ideally) CAD models
Solid grasp of design principles and workflows
Software understanding preferred; fluent at the HW/SW boundary
Background as a systems or embedded engineer, or HW/SW product development generalist
Reference design and embedded solutions knowledge
A track record of bringing product to market
Strength in data analysis and process optimization
Oriented toward solutions, with a bias to automate rather than rely on manual processes
Strong Communications skills, verbal and written
Capable of negotiating and managing stakeholder expectations internally and externally
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000.
