No chance for advancement no trust for management no races, especially after 10 years of service and loyalty
Working outside
Common sense job isn’t hard at all. That’s why they try to rip people off and underpay people from Mexico and bring them over the border to work for chump change and send them back over the border daily ripping them off and all their other is so shit and employees unless you’re in the office or make salary
There’s no pros working there.
Management sucks no communication, can’t back what they say. Don’t expect promotion or raise, unless you know cost of living goes up..

Opportunity of working outside.
Just being in the plant industry. But not a career to choose if you want to make good money. It is also physically taxing.
Pay increases are not enough. And It’s a male dominated industry.
Working outside is great. Benefits leave a lot to be desired.
