Well connected as a top tier agency with all of the luxury hotel chains and with all of the top airlines.
Miserable NY management team. Company built on the backs of ICs and treats them like garbage. Management liked to keep all industry perks for themselves.
There aren’t any.
CEO was a nice guy, but he sold the company years ago and they finally forced him out.
Fire all Vice Presidents in the NY office. Treat your independent contractors better. Everything you get from their efforts is a freebie. Their clients, their work and the ICs efforts and not yours are what is generating the majority of your money.
If you are an IC you don’t need to prepare for an interview the company needs to convince you to join them.
Sliding scale here and all agent so not receive the same compensation.
