Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As the Deputy Chief Engineer for the Common Weapon Launcher (CWL) and Multi-Tube Weapon Simulator (MTWS) programs, you will support the CWL Chief Engineer in daily operations across project phases from concept to testing. This role requires interfacing with both internal engineering teams and customer engineering organizations. Preferred qualifications include a relevant engineering degree, at least 5 years of technical experience (submarine Navy experience preferred), and excellent communication skills.
