RESPONSIBILITIES Provides evaluation details for disposition residential/commercial properties based on use of comparable data and available software. Where information is scarce, work with all sources available to obtain data for use in support of the offer process. Assists Senior Real Estate Coordinators and Vice President of Operations in the coordination of agent management, and transaction management. Provides assistance with all agent contracts in relation to proper termination provisions and contract agreements. Assists in the closing of transactions and maintains a systematic process to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness regarding purchase/sales agreements, leases, appraisals, title work, inspections and closing documents. Communicates effectively and timely with customers, realtors, mortgage bankers, insurance brokers and others, providing prompt follow-up on all issues. Communicates and works with property management on the needed maintenance of vacant properties, ensuring timely completion of work. Coordinates with accounting to ensure prompt payment of invoices. Maintains all master real estate files including property, insurance, and lease files. Maintains all archived master real estate property files housed offsite to include accurate inventory of retrieval and return. Establishes and maintains property information in appropriate software applications. Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. Composes and prepares correspondence, reports, and other documents. Assists in establishing written policies and procedures. Acts as a custodian for corporate documents and records. Assists with screening incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently as appropriate. Represents the company in a professional manner with outside customers and vendors. Supports office operations and procedures such as filing systems, requisition of supplies, processing incoming/outgoing mail and other clerical services. REQUIREMENTS Associate's degree in real estate, business, or related field (preferred). Three plus years of experience in customer service, real estate transactions, or related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook, customer relationship management systems and presentation software.     The Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement Coordinator for the Lakeland Foundation has a leadership role in fostering relationships with alumni, donors, and community partners. This position is responsible for overseeing alumni engagement initiatives, managing annual giving campaigns, and executing events to strengthen alumni. The position works collaboratively with the advancement team to enhance philanthropic support for the college. RESPONSIBILITIES (Non-inclusive): Annual Giving: Plan and execute annual giving campaigns, including direct mail, online giving, and other fundraising initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to increase donor participation, improve retention, and re-engage lapsed donors. Analyze giving trends and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Work with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling fundraising messages. Identify and implement new opportunities for donor acquisition and engagement. Alumni Engagement: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase alumni involvement and support. Lead alumni networking events and volunteer engagement opportunities. Oversee the creation and distribution of alumni newsletters, social media content, and targeted communications. Cultivate relationships with alumni to encourage philanthropy and participation in college initiatives. Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of alumni engagement and fundraising events, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. Coordinate all event logistics, including invitations, registration, venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with volunteers, committee members, and college staff to enhance event impact and overall success. Marketing & Communications: Develop and oversee fundraising appeals, newsletters, and website content. Manage social media content and digital outreach strategies related to donor and alumni engagement. Collaborate with the college's marketing team to align messaging and branding efforts. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: A. Education and Experience/Training Required: Associate's degree in a business-related field or related. Prefered: Bachelor's degree and experience working in a development office preferred. B. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Skills in oral and written communications; correct English usage, proper document formats for written documents, social media and website content. Ability to work independently; apply sound judgment in decisions; facilitate resolution of problems and handle issues within the authority boundaries of the position; apply appropriate policies and procedures; maintain office decorum and confidentiality; maintain effective interpersonal working relationships. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with donors, prospects, trustees, alumni, as well as college staff, faculty, and administration. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as to work independently. Ability to exercise good judgment when dealing with confidential and sensitive material. Skills in generation and analysis of technical and financial information and reports. Ability to create, plan, and implement a wide variety of fundraising and relationship-building events. C. Physical Activity Level Light - Sit sometimes, walk and stand sometimes, lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT This is a 12-month, full-time, non-exempt position. The hourly rate is in grade 7A of the Staff Salary Schedule. The anticipated hiring range is $19.03/hour - $26/hour. This position is not eligible for remote work. This Account Coordinator will collaborate closely with the design team to help ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. This role is needed support for our Equator team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the Account Team and provides timely responses to all inquiries. Participates in meetings with existing clients and internal teams to identify adequate new services/offerings to meet clients' evolving needs as required. Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables. Coordinates client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including estimate creation, selection of appropriate projects and sub-projects, assignment of resources, monitoring project progress, and generation of the client/project invoice. Translates client requests and requirements into detailed, and sometimes technical, instructions for project teams. Partners with the client, the Account Team, and project teams to resolve identified project issues. Ensures accurate and timely invoices are generated by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence, including change orders and rework, throughout the project lifecycle. Initiates new data item requests utilizing the Master Data Management (MDM) process and guidelines to ensure accurate client, project, and financial details are available in the system.
