Albert D. Bolles, Ph.D. joined the board of directors in May 2018. He is the CEO of Landec Corporation, a company that designs, develops, manufactures and sells health and wellness products for food and biomaterials markets. Before joining Landec, Dr. Bolles served as the executive vice president, chief technology and operations officer of ConAgra Foods, where he directed the development and execution of multiple product innovations. Prior to ConAgra, he was the vice president of worldwide research and development for PepsiCo Beverages and Foods and the research and development director for Gerber Foods. Dr. Bolles is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in food science and a bachelors’ degree in microbiology. He holds several patents and has won numerous awards for his contributions to food science, the industry and academics.

David Bradley serves as President and CEO of Nexeo Solutions. Mr. Bradley oversees the strategic direction of Nexeo’s operations across the globe. His 20 years of industry experience includes multiple executive roles involving Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, business transformation, business process development, and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.

Matt Ronet was appointed to Lumileds CEO October 20202. Roney most recently served as President of Lumileds’ Automotive Business Unit. After more than 20 years in leadership roles at automotive and industrial businesses, Mr. Roney brings a broad range of business experience to Lumileds. Prior to joining Lumileds, Roney served as Chief Operating Officer for Stanley Infrastructure, a division of Stanley Black & Decker. Previously, Roney was the President of Paladin Attachments, which was acquired by Stanley Infrastructure. He also spent eight years at TRW Automotive, now known as ZF TRW, in roles of rising responsibility, including Vice President and General Manager of its $2.5 billion Global Steering Business. Roney has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, an MSE in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
