Will report results to VP of Housing and provide technical assistance to the Network as needed. * Facilitates preparation for audits including meetings, data and information collection and ensuring full preparedness for audits. * Collaborate with their Housing Management team to innovate ideas and technical assistance planning * Work with VP of Housing to coordinate efforts with all departments to assure compliance with requirements of regulatory entities and stakeholders. * Work with the Reporting Department and Network to ensure all required data is being collected and counseling activities are tracked and submitted to the grant for reimbursement. * Remain familiar and current with HUD requirements and counseling program regulations. Communicate changes in requirements or regulations to HSCP and HUD network and ensure compliance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Seven or more years' experience working for a HUD approved housing counseling agency, specifically managing counseling program or combined experience in housing counseling and mortgage industry. Experience with compliance and quality improvement recommended.
