Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures engineered fasteners under the SPAX brand for the construction market, TRUFAST for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFAST
for exterior building envelopes and facades
The Vice President, strategic marketing will be responsible for the development of the strategy that drives our products from their distribution point to the final user. Concepts on a per channel and product category will have to be developed and constantly adopted to changing market conditions. The role will be responsible for shaping and enhancing our brand stories across all our markets, creating digital platforms, and provide leadership to the marketing team. The person must have the drive and ability to invest in thoughtful and innovative marketing initiatives. Additionally, this position will monitor the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies which supports the successful execution of the business strategy
Provide active leadership to build, develop, and lead a marketing team capable of executing the overall strategy and plan to improve all aspects of marketing across all brands
Develop an annual marketing plan per channel with the appropriate strategies, budgets, resources, and metrics necessary to achieve the Company's overall financial goals.
Actively oversee and evaluate market research and industry trends to create effective marketing strategies that are superior to competitors' activities.
Manage the marketing team responsible for asset and content development, experiential marketing, data analytics.
Collaborate with product management, sales teams to build successful product launches and highly focused selling efforts.
Build a robust digital marketing strategy that supports the strategy of all three brands (all media) .
Develop campaigns that strengthen brand awareness based on business goals
Define measurements of marketing effectiveness and communicate these regularly with the sales and product management teams.
10+ years of business-to-business sales and marketing experience required
5+ years of progressive leadership experience
Building distribution and/or home improvement retail channel preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Good project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Excellent computer skills and proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs, and maybe Adobe/Photoshop
Travel as needed for trade shows and/or other company events
