PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in clinical oversight, staff development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant care for all clients. Operational Support & Professionalism Team Support: Act as a fill-in caregiver for client shifts when a suitable replacement cannot be found to ensure continuity of care.
