Job Title: Lead Caregiver Reports To: Field Care Manager The Lead Caregiver serves as a key support role within the field operations team. This position is responsible for providing supervisory visits, mentoring caregivers, ensuring quality care in client homes, and assisting with coverage of open shifts as needed. The Lead Caregiver will travel within assigned service locations to support caregivers and clients, while also participating in a rotating on-call schedule. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct supervisory and quality assurance visits in client homes. Observe and evaluate caregiver performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure compliance with company standards. Complete documentation and submit reports from supervisory visits in a timely manner. Assist with covering open shifts or last-minute call-offs as assigned. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel within assigned service locations. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Must be flexible and reliable with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and needs.
