Principal Accountabilities and Essential Functions:
Answer the telephone and greet the public.
Schedule caregivers for service on new care recipients and fill open shifts on existing cases.
On-call evening and weekend phone rotations, as directed, at least one week out of every five weeks. (Note that on-call is additionally reimbursed at $1,000/week, over the base rate of pay.)
Counsel Caregivers and assist in managing cases.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOME HEALTH AIDE
Reliable transportation

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A HOME HEALTH AIDE
This companionship and care giving position is a Live-in 24/7 care plan. The caregiver is on 12 hours a day with 3 hours of break during the day and 9 hours of respite and sleep during the evening.

About the Role: Join Caring Companions, LLC as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients within the Windsor and surrounding town areas. Seeking those who are passionate, reliable and want to make a difference in a senior's life.
This Assignment will require a Dedicated caregiver who can work roughly 35 hours/week for two to three weeks. This assignment will be 7 days:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am-12pmm
Tuesday and Thursday 9am-6pm
You will be providing Safety Supervision, Meal Prep, Light Housekeeping, Stand by Assist with ADL's, Companionship.
Female Client, no pets.
To be considered:
- Have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNA
- Punctual

- Can work independently and as a team member
Hiring ASAP:

$17-$19/hour
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.
Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Connecticut or HHA.
Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move clients safely.
Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
