Your Role: The Heart of Our Mission Our Caregivers are the keystone of our business. In this role, you will provide a wide range of services, from companion care to personal care, including: Building genuine connections through conversation and companionship. Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation. Providing respectful personal care, including dressing, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care including changing adult diapers. Work Location & Schedule: Where You'll Work: You will provide care in clients' homes throughout Vacaville, Winters, Dixon, and Fairfield. Flexible Schedules: We work with you to create a schedule that fits your life. Must have at least 16 hours of availability per week. Our Home Office: Our office is in Vacaville, CA. You will only need to visit for your in-person interview, orientation, 90-day review, and annual reviews. The rest of your meaningful work happens in our clients' homes. Join Our Team If You Have: A valid California driver's license (Must be California unless you also have a military ID) A vehicle that is registered and insured (Required). Proof of current auto insurance and registration (Required). English proficiency and excellent communication skills (Required). Proof of a clear TB test taken within the last 90 days (Required). The ability to pass a background check. At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting (Preferred, but a big heart can go a long way!).
