This position assists with the development and implementation of nursing services, objectives, policies and procedures in accordance with Federal and State regulations. Working knowledge of EMR, and Oasis, Hiring, Evaluations, Counseling, Termination, Education and orientation of clinical staff. Qualifications: RN with current license to practice in California. Minimum of Five(5) years nursing experience with preference for at least one year in home care. Knowledge of community resources, Medicare and state regulations, ACHC requirements, and reimbursement criteria for third party and private payers. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and documentation skills. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently. Computer data entry skills. Job Requirements Ideal candidate will have at least 3 -5 years of experience in a Medicare Home Health environment and hold a current RN license in California.
