Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and motivated Concierge Ambassador to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the lobby at premium residential buildings-set the tone for service, oversee front desk ops, and partner with the client/leasing team. Strong admin and people skills required..
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents/guests, manage visitors/access, handle packages
Coordinate daily schedules with client/leasing; do property rounds and respond to issues
Lead and coach the concierge team; “own” the lobby experience
Oversee front desk operations including visitor management, access control, and package handling
Handle administrative tasks such as emails, logging information, and filing as required
Communicate effectively with clients, residents, MFort supervisors, and team members
Enforce company policies, site post orders, and standard operating procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by site management or MFort leadership
Qualifications:
18+; HS diploma/GED
Valid IL PERC & 20-hr security training (or ability to obtain)
3+ years concierge/front desk leadership
Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking; reliable under pressure
Able to stand/walk for extended periods; pass drug/background checks
Schedule & Compensation:
Shift: Varies - Responsible for covering all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) at various luxury high-rise buildings
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour and progressive pay to $24- $25 per hour within 90 days

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Outreach and Engagement (OED), is responsible for generating referrals into the PACE program and educating the community through community outreach, networking, and marketing activities in the community. Promotes and maintains high-quality services according to BoldAge values, PACE principles and best practices.
Develops and cultivates the PACE organization's network of business, healthcare, and community relationships by:
Developing a deliberate and organized approach to identifying and engaging with referral partners within the community
Actively participating in community groups
Presenting at community events about PACE and care of older adults
Cultivating and maintaining positive and constructive relationships with healthcare providers, senior service providers and other referral sources
Establishing positive relationships with potential participants, their families, and caregivers
Responding timely to all inquiries and commitments
Evaluating and learning about the needs of the community, especially older adults, and their families, and incorporating learned information into community outreach
Facilitating the assessment and eligibility determination processes by identifying quality referrals and collaborating with other enrollment staff and the interdisciplinary team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement the Outreach and associated activities according to the department's plan for outreach and engagement
Utilize all relevant data and knowledge of the service area demographics, competition, past experiences, community needs and national PACE standards in performing outreach activities
Include a broad range of targeted organizations, groups, and individuals in outreach activities.
Develop a strategic approach to outreach
Establish a “person-centered” approach in all outreach and intake activities that optimizes every encounter with a potential enrollee and referral source.
Maintain a people-first approach that aims to exceed expectations.
Communicate with, listen to, and interact with participants and their families / caregivers, staff, and all stakeholders on a regular basis.
Meet and strive to exceed expectations for census enrollment targets.
