The Branch Ambassador is responsible for assisting new hires in getting acclimated to the company culture, fostering a positive environment, and providing ongoing support during their initial period of employment. Overall, this position plays a crucial role in executing the Employee Experience Playbook and helping new employees feel welcomed and prepared for their roles within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the face of the company, greeting and assisting new hires, answering inquiries, and providing information as necessary.
Lead new employee tours, encompassing comprehensive training on Health & Safety protocols.
Collaborate with Branch leadership to facilitate new employee department placements and communicate with department leaders to ensure readiness for new hires.
Conduct Day 1 Orientation for All Direct Hire employees and perform Ambassador duties based on designated employee key milestones thereafter.
Verify accurate setup of all employees in Kronos system and collaborate with HR to rectify any discrepancies.
Engage proactively in the Branch Culture Committee and contribute to organizing employee appreciation events.
Provide daily updates to management and ensure effective execution of any changes.
Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.

Summary/Objective
