    Ambassador job in Bangor, ME

    T-ROC is seeking dynamic, customer-focused professionals to join our FLEX-ROC team as Brand Ambassadors. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the face of leading consumer brands, engaging shoppers and driving awareness through in-store demonstrations, promotions, and product education at top-tier retail locations such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. This is a flexible, project-based position designed to support market-driven needs such as product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be notified of upcoming assignments in your area and given the opportunity to participate based on your availability. While work is not guaranteed, the role offers a valuable opportunity to gain brand experience, build retail engagement skills, and join a growing network of T-ROC field professionals. Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing national brands with integrity and enthusiasm. Job Duties: Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, informative way. Demonstrate product features and communicate key benefits. Encourage customer interaction and assist with the path to purchase. Report key insights, photos, and outcomes through a mobile app. Maintain display organization, cleanliness, and promotional materials. Qualifications: A warm, approachable personality and excellent communication skills. Confidence to speak with customers and answer questions in-store. Must have strong time management skills and ability to work independently Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC. Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone for reporting. Comfortable using mobile apps or digital tools for submitting event reports and photos. Must be at least 18 years of age. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and lifting items 50 pounds or more. Who is T-ROC?
