The Club Ambassador will serve as the primary ambassador for our car wash company within a designated region. The primary focus of this role is to actively seek out and establish new client partnerships, while maintaining and nurturing existing business relationships. Reporting to the Membership Director, the Club Ambassador will be responsible for driving regional sales growth through direct outreach, networking, and providing exceptional service to current partners. This role will require frequent travel to visit clients, attend meetings, and ensure the car wash company's services are well-represented in the community.
Responsibilities/Duties
Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and building a pipeline of potential clients across the designated region.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Serve as the face of the car wash company in the field, promoting our services and brand in a professional, engaging manner.

We are searching for a Brand Ambassador, which will welcome our guests warmly and in a positive, courteous, attentive, and professional manner. They will be lively, outgoing, energetic, and approachable. This position will provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission. The Brand Ambassador will report to the General Services Manager for day to day activities and coordinate marketing duties with the Chief Marketing Officer.
Job Description

· Assist in updating building security access systems and running security reports, as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role.
· High level of communication skills and strong orientation to customer satisfaction
· Good organization skills.
· Able to maintain a professional and pleasant attitude with fellow employees, business contacts, student dealers, and all visitors.
· Able to be flexible and calm during high visitor traffic.
· Ability to multitask.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· High standards for integrity, professionalism, honesty, and work ethic.
· Commitment to service excellence.
· Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrate efficient and flexible time management and able to prioritize workload.
