In Dallas, our Team Jeni's Ambassadors have the opportunity to earn an average of $15.25 per hour!*
*This is an estimate of hourly earnings. It is based on the 2026 base pay rate, plus 2025's hourly tip average. 2026 actual customer tips may vary.
In Texas, if the average hourly earnings of an Ambassador are less than $15 per hour in a two-week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person's paycheck so that their average hourly earnings reach $15 per hour for that pay period.
