Learn and understand the Northstar ski experience, and describe when asked to help Members navigate the Northstar Village. Display strong, positive communication skills and create a cooperative working environment with Ambassadors and Club Members. Work face-to-face in close quarters with members, guests, and your fellow Ambassadors. Display a superior service attitude and well-groomed presentation.
