Familiar with the beauty industry is a plus! • 100% focused on increasing sales in the region and/or upgrading number of product lines in retail accounts (beauty supply stores, Wal-Mart stores, hair salons, ethnic spas and/or specialty boutiques) • Attending community and local consumer events when available in order to market and promote the skin care brand. • Visits 15 retail accounts, conducts 14 promotions and makes at least one visit to distributors monthly. • Travels throughout assigned territory to call regularly on prospective and current customers (retail stores and distributors) to solicit orders. • Prepares weekly reports on travel schedule and keeps updated expense account information as well. • Identifies major accounts that are not being penetrated with Clear Essence products, and develops a plan to establish business with such accounts. • Improving conditions and merchandise accounts by optimizing displays, use of marketing materials (posters & shelf talkers) and displaying point of sale items to increase visibility of the brand. • Partnering with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received and business is growing at accounts • Telecommutes weekly through email and Skype with Southern California headquarters giving reports on activities and sales numbers.
