This position is for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate.Shift: Monday-Friday with mandatory OT on weekends for holiday season. Pay rate: $17/hour Summary of Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting customers and preparing orders for customer and
delivery pick-ups. Sales associates are also responsible for answering customers' questions
regarding brand and product information (allergens present in products, brand history, contactless
shopping and delivery options, among others). The associates are also responsible for maintaining
locations' cleanliness and assisting managers with tasks such as fixing and organizing product
deliveries and doublechecking daily product inventory and cash sales where needed. Required to
work on weekends.
Drive for Results: Sales associates are expected to observe inventory movement in their respective
locations. They are encouraged to communicate with their direct supervisors and the management
about suggestions on how to improve sales and marketing pitches based on their firsthand
experiences working on the sales floor.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service is crucial for this position. Sales associates are
expected to work closely with their managers in resolving customer disputes and complaints. An
enthusiastic attitude and good people relations skills are advantages together with honest work
ethics.
Merchandising/ Visual: Sales associates must ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized, and
always reflects the correct visual image of the brand. They are also required to help their managers
check for broken displays and damaged dry goods.
Operations: Regular boutique operations and physical work include, but are not limited, to the
following:
• Organizing Store Deliveries: Boutiques get deliveries and restocks of chocolates and dry
goods at least once a week, or as frequent as operations would require. This position requires
sales associates to be capable of lifting and carrying cases and boxes in a boutique setting
with the following dimensions and weight:
1. The biggest case/box with dimensions of 19”-16”-22” weighing approximately 14 lbs.
2. The heaviest case/box weighing approximately 25 lbs. with dimensions of 9”-12”-17”.

and boxes to ensure safety in the workplace.
• In-Store Chocolate Sampling for Customers: Sales associates are also responsible for
offering in-store chocolate samples to further encourage customer engagement in a boutique.
• Inventory Management: Sales associates are required to physically count chocolate
merchandise and send an inventory report daily by email to management. In relation, this
includes physically doublechecking expiry dates on products and ensuring accuracy for
product inventory, delivery and sales reports, and cash flow (where needed).
• Cleanliness: Sales associates also have to ensure the store is cleaned daily. This includes
tasks like, but not limited to, the following: vacuuming, mopping, wiping and dusting off
shelves, among others.
• Dry Goods: Sales associates also have to routinely monitor the use of boutique dry goods and
supplies such as shopping bags, giftwrapping materials, and cleaning agents (such as
disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizers, PPE like disposable gloves), among others, to ensure
boutique is adequately stocked always. These are provided by our warehouse team upon
request.
• Cash Management: Processing cash and credit card sales transactions.
Qualifications: Ideal qualifications include 1 to 5 years of experience in retail (having worked with
food is an advantage), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility in work schedule
(including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, special selling events, and holidays as brand
operations will require).
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Provides on going feedback to Management on successes and opportunities
* Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative paths to purchase by supporting alternative purchasing processes - Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home.
* Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery - QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores.
* Provides necessary feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs.
* Ensures sales floor and all store standards are met at all time.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
* Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately
* Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.

**What We Need:**
We're seeking a Promotions Assistant to assist the promotions and marketing departments.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Execute promotions such as remotes, events, van appearances and other marketing and promotions team activities
+ Coordinate contest prize inventory, prize sheets, prize fulfillment and release forms
+ Set up and break down audio equipment, promotional tents, hang banners and other staging elements
+ Activate promotional events with games and music
+ Interact with attendees at promotional events
+ Capture and recap promotional events via photos, video, audio, social media, etc
+ Drive promotional vehicles
**What You'll Need:**
+ Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms
+ Excellent driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurability

The Guest Experience Ambassador/Server reports to the Director of Dining Services and is responsible for providing a best-in-class dining experience to the residents, colleagues, and guests we serve by ensuring all are provided with exemplary service.
Server Essential Functions and Key Tasks:
Cascade a spirit of Hospitality in all dealings with residents, colleagues and guests.
Leads service of food or beverages to residents and prepares or serve specialty diets and dishes as required.
Engages with residents to obtain desired orders for food or beverages while possessing the ability to fully articulate the daily menu offerings.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Ensure residents are satisfied with all aspects of service. Communicate with direct supervisor on any customer service issues.
Check residents diets, likes & dislikes to ensure that such requirements are satisfied.
Assist with set-up/breakdown of all scheduled meal periods.
Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens as needed.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned, including but not limited to, sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up service station, clearing tables and taking out trash.
May wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, or other cooking equipment.
May assist in supporting culinary staff at numerous stations as directed.
Provide excellent customer service to include being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking customers.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Work Environment:
The Guest Experience Ambassador/Server operates in a kitchen environment whereby employees may be exposed to and/or required to operate equipment, including but not limited to, an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, mixer and chef's knives. The team member is frequently exposed to heat, steam, fire and noise.
