Geoff Crawshaw has developed and coded a wide variety of commercial software, and was an early pioneer in building software-as-a-service applications. Most recently, he founded and led the technical team at OpenAir, which was acquired by NetSuite (NYSE:N). Geoff graduated cum laude from Milton Academy and attended Rice University. He served in the 82nd Airborne and was at one time stationed at the US Army Natick Research Development and Engineering Center. While there, he actually volunteered as “human research,” which means he can tell you exactly what hypothermia, heat exhaustion, and altitude sickness all feel like!

Laura drives the financial and accounting, legal and HR functions of Ambra Health with a strong background in strategic finance. Prior to joining Ambra in January 2017, Laura was Chief of Staff of the CEO at Endurance International, a publicly-traded SaaS hosting and IT services business for SMBs. While there, she worked closely with the functional leaders of each department and focused finance and operations for the company's growth ventures. She also worked closely with the BD, Finance and Legal teams to complete the acquisition of Constant Contact in 2015. Prior to joining Endurance in 2015, Laura was an investment banker for Credit Suisse in the Technology group based in San Francisco. While there, Laura was a part of many IPOs, equity and debt financings (including of EIGI) and M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side. Laura is a graduate of Princeton University.

Ed Marshall and the product team ensure that the Ambra platform is extremely flexible, easy to use, and robust enough to serve as the backbone of innovation for our customers’ care network. Before Ambra, Ed held roles as SVP and GM of the Services Industry business unit at NetSuite, as well as VP Sales and Marketing for OpenAir, which was acquired by NetSuite. Across these roles, he ensured NetSuite’s position as the #1 PSA solution on the market. A seasoned speaker, Ed has presented at industry events such as the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo, TSIA’s Annual TSW Conference, and the CFO Leadership Council. Prior to NetSuite and OpenAir, Ed was a management consultant at Bain & Company, and an engineer at General Electric. Ed has a Sc.B. from Brown University, an M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the Wharton School. He’s a fan of the Liverpool Football Club and all Boston sports teams-but he isn’t afraid to admit that the movie “Hoosiers” makes him cry.
