Day (United States of America) Job Summary: Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Program Administration * In collaboration with the trauma Medical Director, is responsible for all aspects of preparation of trauma program for (re)verification by the American College of Surgeons and/or (re)designation by the State of Georgia Department of Public Health: Office of EMS and Trauma * Manages the Trauma Service Staff including : Trauma Outreach Coordinator, Trauma Nurse Coordinator, Trauma Registrar/Data Abstractor(s), Performance Improvement Coordinator * Works cooperatively with the Hospital Administration and the WMG to ensure a smooth functioning and financially viable service * Plans and facilitates Trauma Committee meetings and activities * In collaboration with the Trauma Medical Director and Trauma Committee, sets goals for improving quality metrics * Responsible for creation, development and monitoring of budget * Coordinates the development and deployment of trauma specific protocols and guidelines and monitors adherence and effectiveness of the protocols. * Responsible for the creation of policies, procedures and guidelines for care of the injured patient * Promotes and contributes to the positive working environment within Trauma Services * Completes requisite reports to the State Office of EMS and Trauma and The Georgia Trauma Commission per contractual obligation. * Serves as liaison to Regional, State and National trauma organizations to improve access to and delivery of trauma care * Serves as liaison to all clinical and ancillary departments within the hospital to ensure world class trauma care delivery * Serves as subject matter expert and liaison with the WellStar Health System regarding trauma care delivery * Interfaces with Quality Department regarding quality initiatives and Joint Commission requirements Clinical Activities: * Attends Trauma Activations to serve as a resource person to enhance trauma team performance * Works collaboratively with the Trauma Team to assure coverage for time sensitive responsibilities/duties * Serves as a resource to patients and families as needed to ensure optimal trauma care provision to our patients * Attends Multidisciplinary Rounds with Trauma Team * Rounds on trauma units to ensure resources are available to provide world class trauma care Trauma Registry: * Manages Trauma Registrar/Data Abstractor(s) * Oversees the timely completion, accuracy, and reporting of the Trauma Registry * Works on behalf of WellStar Kennestone Hospital with state organizations toward the development of a Sate Trauma Registry * Maintains the highest level of trauma registry validity to assure accurate program profiling, TQIP, State and internal reports using the established data validation process for the Trauma Registry Performance Improvement: * Manages Trauma Nurse Coordinator(s) and Perfromance Improvement Coordinator(s) * Coordinates and leads Trauma Committee meetings and prepares monthly statistical reports for committee * Evaluates quality assurance filters as defined by the American College of Surgeons, State designated standards and internal filters, for process and care improvement opportunities * Ensures improved pre-hospital care of injured patients through coordination of efforts with local EMS, EMS Coordinator and state Trauma Centers * Monitors TQIP reports for opportunities for improving trauma care within the Trauma Center, Region and State * Works in conjunction with the Trauma Nurse Coordinator to review, monitor and identify PI opportunities at the system and provider levels. Escalates cases as appropriate for peer review. Work Shift
The Executive Director of Nursing (EDON) is a registered professional nurse who provides leadership and
management for five (5) to twenty (20) cost centers for a specific service line through the application of
advanced competencies in communication; job knowledge, professionalism and business skills. This executive is
a member of the chief nursing officer's or AVP Nursing's administrative team and serves as their designee for
assigned responsibilities. This leader effectively partners with hospital leadership, medical staff and other
departments to create a center of
excellence for their service line and to meet the hospital's vision, mission and goals. This role has a range of
approximately 200 - 600 FTEs in a medium or large complex case setting that is 350 to 800 beds. This EDON
also handles a budget with a range from 60 to 300 million dollars.
The Executive Director of Nursing provides direct leadership for a group of nurse managers/directors or
departments and who comprise their specialty service line. He/she is a standard bearer and holds leaders and
staff accountable for the delivery of safe, quality care and services through effective communication, fiscal
accountability, and employment of transformational leadership., instilling an accountability-based
practice setting. The executive director of nursing serves as sponsor for performance improvement; inspires
others to seek opportunities to grow and improve their performance and successful applies lean and evidenced
based practice to ensure all targets pillar outcomes are achieved. This executive employs all safety first
interventions and as the chief safety officer creates a culture of safety for his/her service line through the
development/use of these skills by other leaders, physicians and staff. He/she effectively uses data and
technology to make decisions and proactively mitigates unnecessary risks for his/her area of responsibility
providing instruction and mentoring for assigned leaders to be able to do the same. This executive ensures that
nurse managers and staff create a desirable, safe work environment that enables the organization to meet or
exceed all licensure, regulatory and accreditation standards. He/She models the way by fostering exemplary
skills in attaining effective teamwork and collaboration with physicians, staff, patients and other departments.
It is expected that all Nurse Leaders are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined

Job Summary:The Director of Pharmacy shall provide oversight, direction, strategic planning and coordination for the operational, clinical, financial and related services provided by the assigned WellStar hospital. The Director of Surgical Services is a registered professional nurse who provides leadership and management of a specific service line through the application of advanced competencies in communication; job knowledge, professionalism and business skills. The Director serves as sponsor for performance improvement; inspires others to seek opportunities to grow and improve their performance and successfully applies lean and evidenced based practice to ensure all targets pillar outcomes are achieved. Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join our growing Screening and Early Detection commercial team at Guardant Health as a field-based Account Executive. You'll collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and launch groundbreaking cancer screening technologies that will directly impact patients' lives. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting the Shield colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to healthcare providers in the primary care setting. Your work will drive early detection of cancer, helping save lives and reduce healthcare costs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
* Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, relationship-building, and execution of national sales strategies.
* Target and Engage Healthcare Providers: Focus on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, gaining their commitment to adopt the Shield test for CRC and other cancers.

Familiarity with the primary care landscape in your assigned territory is a plus.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. This range does not include benefits or, if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity. US Location Base Pay Range: $116,000 - $133,000

Day (United States of America) Job Summary: Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs. Must be dependable, accountable and cooperative. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Patient Care * Obtains complete clinical history, gathers examination data and assesses for contraindicating conditions. * Follows established procedures for the administration of contrast medias so that no patient condition deteriorates, and no patient suffers undue pain, due to error or poor technique. * Ensures that all studies have proper patient identification. * Reviews images for clinically acceptable results and releases patients. * Responds to emergency situations. * Assists other technologists in all modalities when needed. * Observes patient condition and properly evaluates situations when physician intervention is necessary so that no patient condition deteriorates. * Verifies correct identity of patient prior to performing a procedure according to hospital policy and procedure. * Ensures patient's privacy and comfort is accommodated.
