Compensation
AMC provides a compensation range for open positions where required. Factors that may be used to determine actual compensation may include, but are not limited to, specific skill-set, relevant experience or geographic location. What You'll Be Doing
Daily/Weekly Responsibilities
* Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
* Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
* Ensure that associates consistently meet AMC Guest Service standards.
* Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre.

What You'll Be Doing
* Guide and support the crew by assigning roles, breaks, reinforcing wardrobe standards, promoting AMC Stubs memberships and products, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols are followed.
* Provide excellent service by assisting guests with questions, concerns, refunds, and pass distribution as needed, while ensuring a friendly, quick, and clean experience.
* Complete follow-up on opening, closing, and clean up assignments.

Prepares food and properly operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment

POSITION SUMMARY
An Andretti Barback is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.

What You'll Be Doing
Safety Compliance
* Work in a safe manner with tools and equipment while also monitoring safety compliance of theatre associates.
* Follow guidelines as outlined in the Health and Safety section of AMC's Standard Operating Procedures.
* Maintain all life safety systems and ensure work orders are completed well in advance of scheduled inspections.
Daily/Weekly Responsibilities
* Conduct daily and weekly facility inspections for both interior and exterior areas making note of repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
* Prioritize repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks to ensure facilities are clean, safe and in good repair.
* Order and maintain appropriate quantity of parts and supplies to ensure timely repairs and maintenance are completed.
* Follow up on repairs and maintenance tasks completed by theatre team to ensure timely and proper completion of work.
* Confirm proper completion of vendor work orders and approve invoicing in a timely manner.
* Maintain a primary facility list of repairs in order of priority that is easily accessible by theatre management.
* Complete all other functions and assignments as assigned by the General Manager/Senior Manager (where applicable).
* Maintain regular and reliable attendance as scheduled in accordance with AMC's Management Work Schedule Policy.
Leadership
* Develop & execute strategic facility action plans for continuous improvement.
