Compensation
AMC provides a compensation range for open positions where required. What You'll Be Doing
Daily/Weekly Responsibilities
* Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
* Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
* Ensure that associates consistently meet AMC Guest Service standards.
* Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre.
* Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA (Managing By Walking Around).
* Review financial numbers regularly to drive performance and optimize the guest experience.
* Oversee an assigned theatre department, if applicable.

Serving as the lead classified role within the Office of Security & Safety, this role is responsible for supervising office procedures, resolving problems, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is a public facing, with frequent interaction with students, employees, and visitors in a variety of service-related situations.
Although the role does not directly supervise other employees, it carries a leadership role in several Security & Safety functions, including emergency dispatch, emergency notifications, parking permits, and communications with public safety partners. This employee also provides training and guidance to other classified employees within the office.
The role is empowered to search sensitive information and systems related to Security & Safety operations, including room assignments, parking permit records, and other related data. This employee also researches Security & Safety contacts with students when requested by government employers and with the signed waiver from the students and former students involved.
Additionally, this position assists the Executive Director in the preparation of the annual Clery Report, an important regulatory responsibility for the College.
Due to the emergency-related responsibilities of this position such as sending out e2campus emergency alerts, coordinating emergency dispatch of Security & Safety personnel and interacting with public safety partners, any error in judgment can have far-reaching effects.
This position is also a designated property custodian for lost and found property. This involves responsibility for storage as well as proper documentation.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as an initial point of contact for the department for walk-in and telephone inquiries.
Dispatch officers on both routine and emergency calls.
Maintain CAD entries for dispatch operations.
Coordinate parking permits for employees and issue permits to students.
Serves as property custodian for found property and organizes bi-annual auction of unclaimed property.
Coordinates the printing of security-related material, including annual Clery reports, posters, parking regulations, and emergency guidebooks.

Minimum Requirements

This position provides program support for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs under the Department of Energy's (DOE) Clean Energy Manufacturing Workforce Training. This is a grant funded position that will be responsible for coordinating and providing operational support for a new HVAC career training program.
This position will assist in the recruitment of students for the HVAC and industrial skills training programs and coordinates student applications and the vetting process, from initial inquiry to acceptance into program. Works closely with community partners in all aspects of student recruitment and ongoing supportive services. Responsible for organizing and coordinating information sessions, assessments, generating instructor contracts, and graduation events. Coordinates program activities at various college facilities. Also responsible for purchasing classroom materials and equipment, acting as liaison with students and instructors, providing operational support for the Center for Advanced Technologies building (CAT) including inventory control and interaction with the Lab Coordinator.
The position will report to the Director of Clean Energy Workforce Programs and together they will implement student recruitment, registrations and placement, case management, and represent CWD at promotional/community events. Minimum Requirements

This position requires a high service orientation in order to work harmoniously with college staff, department personnel, instructors, client companies and outside vendors. Part-Time Security and Safety Officer (3rd Shift)
11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Friday and Saturday nights
Part-Time Security and Safety Officer provides assistance, protection and safety of students and staff while protecting property against threats such as fire, theft and vandalism. Renders emergency medical assistance. Patrols building, grounds and parking lots for hazards, problems, etc. Enforces college regulations pertaining to motor vehicles and student codes of conduct. Monitors and regulates traffic flow into parking lots and checks for violations. Locks and unlocks buildings and campus gates. Investigates campus incidents and files reports. Assists police, fire and EMS personnel with responses pertaining to campus events, activities and/or emergencies.
Primary Duties
Patrols buildings and grounds of the College, on foot and in vehicles using electronic check-in stations as required. Enforces rules and regulations of the College, and the Student Code of Conduct of the College.
Assists in ensuring the safety and protection of students, employees, and visitors on College property and renders assistance and transportation, as needed.
Enforces College regulations pertaining to security, safety and proper use of College property, and is alert for hazards on the premises which would endanger the safety of persons on campus. Reports all irregularities, (ex: fire hazards, leaks, etc.) to the Office of Security and Safety.
Locks and unlocks doors as necessary, examines windows, lights and gates to ensure that they are secure. Files reports where corrective action is required.
Patrols all parking lots and College roadways, and issues violation notices and warnings for illegally parked vehicles. Enforces safe driving on campus and assists motorists with disabled vehicles, as necessary.
Investigates accidents, files reports on all types of incidents on College property, and notifies the police and fire departments when the situation warrants. Provides assistance to emergency vehicles coming on campus.
Regulates vehicle and pedestrian traffic on College property to maintain an orderly flow. Issues parking permits when required to students, employees and visitors.
Inspects equipment and machinery for hazards, conducts Boiler Room checks as required by Office of Security and Safety and Physical Plant. In the course of patrol conducts inspection of all fire alarms and extinguishers to see that they are in working order. Inspects all battery operated emergency lights to ensure they are working properly.
Assists students, employees and visitors by giving information and directions.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of work experience in security or law enforcement.
Valid operator's license.
Clear motor vehicle record.
Ability to perform continuous interior and exterior foot patrols, on rotating shifts, under all weather conditions.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and work with diverse groups of people.
Willing and able to work all shifts and campuses under all weather conditions.
Capable of extensive walking and/or standing throughout an eight (8) hour shift.
Capable of navigating up and down stairs carrying 50 lbs. of equipment.
Capable of continuous stair navigation throughout an eight (8) hour shift.
Must successfully complete new officer training program conducted by the Office of Security and Safety.
Must be certified or become certified in First Responder, Emergency Responder or equivalent, and keep the certification current (College will provide training).

Capable of dragging 150 lbs. a distance of 50 feet.

EMT certification strongly preferred.

Kids on Campus: Camp Instructors
Interested applicants must complete a Camp Proposal Form as part of the application process.
Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for kids? Kids on Campus at Bucks County Community College invites imaginative, energetic individuals to design and lead their own unique summer camps in 2026! If you have a vision for a camp experience and love working with kids, we want to hear your ideas!
Dates
Kids on Campus will run from June 15 to August 7, 2026
Duration
Instructor hours are Monday 8:00 am - 3:45 pm, Tuesday - Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. These hours include a paid lunch to oversee lunch duties and have lunch with the campers. Camps are weeklong.
Ages
Camps are divided into four age groups - Ages 5-6, Ages 7-9, Ages 10-12, and Ages 13-15. Camps can be offered for one week for one age group and a second week for a different age group.
Description of position
Kids on Campus Summer Camps are specialty day camps developed by the Camp Instructor for one full week during the summer. These specialized camps are structured to mirror a classroom at school. Each week hosts a variety of different camps. Camp Instructors can pick which weeks they are available to run their camp in the camp proposal form. Once the camp proposal form is submitted and approved, we will set up an interview. If successful, the Camp Instructor will be contacted by HR for the required paperwork, and we will add your camp to the camp schedule.
Types of Camps
Kids on Campus is looking for a variety of new camps to offer. Please let your creativity flow to develop fun and exciting camps for campers to experience during the summer. Camps can range from STEAM to outdoor camps focused on nature, to sports, to themed camps that instructors have a passion for, such as a Harry Potter themed camp.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Have experience working with and enjoy being with children.
Must have experience with classroom management and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to communicate with Kids on Campus Staff and campers' parents.

Kids on Campus Camp Assistant
Are you interested in working with campers and assisting them in a variety of summer activities? If so, then join our team of enthusiastic Kids on Campus Assistants at Bucks County Community College! We have a unique eight-week day camp program and are looking for energetic Camp Assistants to help both our instructors and campers with exciting camp activities.

Duration: We need Camp Assistants who can commit to working full weeks of camp. There is a total of 8 weeks that Kids on Campus Summer Camps run. We will do our best to schedule all camp assistants during the summer; however, there may be some weeks that we are unable to schedule everyone to work. During those weeks, we will have those who were not scheduled on a standby substitute list where we will call if other camp assistants call out sick. We will take into consideration College Orientation and test dates.
Essential Job Functions
Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of campers in order to meet the intended camper outcomes.
Participate in the development and implementation of program activities for campers.
Maintain high standards of safety in all activities for campers.
Chaperone campers everywhere on campus, including walking to and from buildings, nurse's station, restroom, and lunch facilities.
This position includes a working lunch, where camp instructors and assistants eat lunch while watching the campers and conducting other lunch duties.
Be a positive role model to campers and staff in attitude and behavior.
Must only use cell phones in case of emergencies and not entertain oneself due to boredom.
Willingness and acceptance to help the camp that the camp assistant has been assigned to for the week.
Represent the camp when interacting with parents or community members.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to interact with all age levels.
Have experience working with and enjoying being with children.

Seasonal Full Time Administrative Camp Office Assistant
Assists with the daily operations and office tasks of summer camp. This includes, but is not limited to, answering and making telephone calls, answering parent questions about camp by phone and email, working on the weekly camp binders, helping with checking in camp supplies that arrive, watching campers for early dismissal, filing important camp documents, making copies, handling camp emergency card information for the office and ensuring that our nurses receive copies of these documents, assisting with distribution, return, and inventory of camp supplies, along with other duties. May be asked to fill in as a substitute camp instructor, camp assistant, and After Care Leader as needed during the summer camp season.

Dates: Seasonal position that is 8 weeks during the Summer. For 2026, June 15 to August 7, 2026.
May be asked to work the week or a couple of days before camp starts and the week or a couple of days after camp ends to assist with any set up and clean up for camp.
Duration: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Please note, during the weeks of June 19 and July 4th, the schedule will be adjusted to a four-day work week due to the college closure. Additional shift adjustments may be required on an as-needed basis.
Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Prefer candidate who will be able to work in this position every summer.
Prefer candidate who has experience as a classroom teacher.
Have experience working with and enjoy being with children.
Must have experience with classroom management and conflict resolution skills.
Must be detailed oriented and well organized.
Ability to communicate with Kids on Campus Staff and campers' parents.
Must obtain background check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprint, and Mandated Reporter Training prior to first day of work.
Must submit all appropriate forms, including health history record, to Human Resources prior to the first day of work.

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their career goals? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated part time Student Success Coach to support occupational students in increasing retention, completion, and job placement rates.
In this role, you will actively engage occupational students using a variety of outreach methods including posters, flyers, social media, classroom presentations, texts, and emails. You'll help students overcome academic challenges by connecting them with college and community resources and providing ongoing encouragement and support through consistent communication. You will also play a key role in planning, marketing, and facilitation of Perkins-funded workshops and events, which are designed to provide students with insights into various career fields, networking opportunities, and other professional development experiences. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on students' academic and career success.
Hours: 10-15 hours per week, scheduled 2-3 days per week, not to exceed 500 hours per year. This is a grant-funded position.
Essential Functions
Assist with the planning, marketing & facilitation of Perkins funded workshops and events.
Research efforts by other colleges to encourage student retention (especially for non-traditional CTE majors), completion & job placement, and share best practices with other coaches and departments.
Conduct outreach to Occupational students to highlight services (email, letters, texts, posters, portal etc.)
Provide one-on-one student support via appointments, texts, emails, study groups and social media to offer support for student retention, completion, and job placement.
Deliver classroom presentations and communications with faculty for referrals.
Participate in meetings, programs, activities, and college events for professional development & visibility.
Maintain "time & effort' logs, document tasks and student notes.
Prepare outcome assessments and reports indicating outreach and goal effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4 years work experience

Are you passionate about helping students succeed? Join our team as a part-time Student Support Specialist and make a real difference in the lives of students working toward their educational and career goals.
The part-time Student Support Specialist will provide services and support necessary to assist students in completing educational activities. The services are designed to help students connected to the community college with the intent of graduating with a career-specific credit or non-credit bearing certificate or associate's degree.
The KEYS TANF/SNAP Student Support Specialist will:
Contact the students and assist them in the enrollment process and review the participation requirements.
Enroll the student in the KEYS program by both accepting the referral in CWDS and conducting face-to-face/remote interviews within seven calendar days of the referral date.
Obtain the students' written consent to share grade transcripts, schedules, financial aid awards with the County Assistance Office.
Provide data determined by the Department of Human Services that will be used to evaluate student and process outcomes.
Assist students with renewal and or applying for benefits.
Assist students with renewal and/or applying for financial aid.
Weekly case management show casing tutoring, learning resources, career services, counseling, accessibility services and enrollment management.
Upload and update students' KEYS Service Plans with emphasis on career-specific high priority occupations.
Essential Functions
Weekly case management of all KEYS Program participants' Work Participation Rate using CWDS.
Manage KEYS Program case folders including AMRs, EDPs, IEPs, signed consent forms, and weekly attendance.
Assist students with renewal of SNAP/TANF benefits and financial aid.
Weekly upload student case notes to CWDS via ongoing and scheduled contact with students.
Weekly address student goals and barriers and refer students for appropriate interventions, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, social work, human services or related field required. Any and all degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
Two (2) years of experience working with a disadvantaged population required.
Demonstrated knowledge of community resources for meeting the needs of disadvantaged clients and knowledge of current TANF regulations required.
Expertise in human/social services, case management and workshop facilitation required.
Ability to effectively present information and speak in public settings required.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and written communication skills required.
Ability to work effectively with a team and collaborate with others across departments and disciplines required.
Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point required.
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle required.

What You'll Be Doing
Daily/Weekly Responsibilities
* Supervise and support back-of-house associates to ensure consistent execution of kitchen tasks and high food quality.
* Validate adherence to AMC recipes and presentation standards across all food items.
* Conduct and review twice-daily line checks to ensure food-safe temperatures, ingredient quality, and readiness for volume.
* Generate and oversee daily prep lists to ensure timely availability of all prepared products.

* Ensure two-stage cooling procedures are in place and properly recorded for all applicable prepped food.

* Maintain food cost within budget using tools within the inventory system.
