Factors that may be used to determine actual compensation may include, but are not limited to, specific skill-set, relevant experience or geographic location. The compensation range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets based on business needs. The compensation for this position is: $20.00 - $21.05 What You'll Be Doing Daily/Weekly Responsibilities * Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties. * Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports. * Ensure that associates consistently meet AMC Guest Service standards. * Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre. * Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA (Managing By Walking Around). * Review financial numbers regularly to drive performance and optimize the guest experience. * Oversee an assigned theatre department, if applicable. * Listen, communicate, and work effectively with guests in a high-volume setting. * Support the General Manager/Senior Manager in achieving Food & Beverage-related guest service and financial goals. * Complete all other functions and assignments as assigned by the General Manager/Senior Manager (where applicable). * Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts in accordance with AMC's Management Work Schedule Policy. What We Need From You * Must be at least 18 years old; other location-specific age requirements may apply. * Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience. This role will play a pivotal part in building a modern, scalable, and unified data ecosystem leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft OneLake, and Power BI, all hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud. The successful candidate will design and implement a data framework that ensures consistent, clean, and reliable data from multiple ERP and business systems, enabling the organization to make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions. Key Responsibilities Work with VP of IT to define and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive adoption of analytics across the organization. Serve as the organization's Manager responsible for data governance, quality, and visualization. Oversee the integration of data from Epicor, Navision, Proginov, and other ERP and operational systems into Microsoft Fabric/OneLake. Collaborate with departments that have worked to get data extract and align and optimize the source data and the extracts to be comprehensive and consistent. Establish a common data framework to standardize data definitions, fields, and metrics across disparate sources. Implement data cleansing and transformation pipelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability. Ensure all work complies with best practices for security, scalability, and regulatory compliance within the Azure Cloud environment. Drive the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform as the enterprise analytics and visualization tool. Develop enterprise-wide dashboards and self-service analytics capabilities to empower business leaders. Partner with functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to translate business needs into actionable insights.     About the Role Dow Jones is seeking a Manager, Paid Media - WSJ+ in the US region who will be responsible for growing and optimizing paid media marketing programs aimed at driving acquisition growth for The Wall Street Journal. This role is highly collaborative and will work across the organization with multiple stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience with managing direct response paid media campaigns start to finish. The paid media team is data driven, collaborative, and open to all ideas in order to help achieve growth goals. You will report to the Director, Paid Media, WSJ+ and W&I, and work cross-functionally with teams across the marketing organization including, but not limited to, Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, Brand, Audience, and Data Science. You will work on-site in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week. You Will: + Create an effective strategic framework across paid media platforms including Meta, Google Search, DV360, LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Snapchat. + Optimize media strategies to improve performance and ensure the KPI goals are met. + Manage a $10M+ annual media budget to increase audience reach, maximize acquisition volume and deliver on CPO goals. + Be hands on in-platform - QA'ing campaign builds, optimizing targeting strategy, and monitoring performance. + Manage and monitor ongoing campaigns, working with internal teams to ensure that campaign goals are met - and remaining agile to respond to real-time performance. + Find ways to use media, creative and content to deepen our relationship with our audiences, to drive subscriptions, grow our digital channel footprint, and leverage all organic marketing efforts to reach users in meaningful and engaging ways. + Actively report, track and optimize performance of paid media campaigns. Make recommendations and provide updates to the Marketing Team. + Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our media strategies at the forefront.
