**Job Description**
Supports the execution of purchasing functions across all Amcor sites. Includes the execution of purchases and purchasing projects for all indirect materials and services through Amcor global, national or regional purchasing agreements or understandings.

**Job Description**
The Plant Quality Manager is the quality advocate for the plant, providing leadership for the quality and food safety systems and programs. Key drivers are assuring compliance to specifications on incoming materials, in-process conditions and finished products. The Plant Quality Manager also assures the ongoing reduction of quality attribute variation utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodology to improve the acceptance of our products by our customers. In addition, Plant Quality Managers must serve as the point of contact with customers when product quality exceptions occur.

Plant Administration Coordinator - Menasha Paper Mill
With direction from the Mill Manager and the Division Financial group, the position manages the administrative functions for production cost analysis, payroll, accounts payable and receivable. This individual will work proactively and cooperatively with the mill management team to develop strategic plans, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvement plans by providing business analysis and strategic planning guidance. This position may also require customer service, purchasing, shipping, planning, and other plant administrative functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain safety programs for administrative employees. Ensure compliance with plant safety rules.
* Ensure timely purchasing of goods and services while managing orders and maintaining accurate records of purchases and invoices. This includes evaluating suppliers for quality and reliability.
* Preparing analyses and reports for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory as scheduled or requested on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Operators will lead in all aspects of operation of Press lines including changeovers, machine start-up, running and shut-down.

Work with and direct the press assistant and pit crew to minimize job change-over and down time.
Train and direct the press assistant to become efficient at all the required assistant duties defined in each level of the assistant training matrix on time.

Role Summary: As a member of AFNA's R&D team, you will support new product launches for thermoformed products across the MPS, GCI, Liquid & Dairy business segments. **About The Role**
The Compensation Manager manages high impact compensation programs, which include short-term incentives, job evaluations, compliance, and key compensation projects. This position works closely with the Director of Compensation to support the development and execution of the compensation strategy. This role collaborates closely with HR and leadership teams on organizational structures, and competitive & equitable pay across the organization.
**Key Job Accountabilities**
+ Manage the annual incentive design and implementation of the sales and non-sales short-term incentive programs to ensure incentives attract and retain key talent, align with organizational priorities, and foster a high-performance work environment.
+ Responsible for the administration of short-term incentive programs, to include executing the annual payout process, program documentation and communication strategies, data audits, and working with HR Partners to ensure proper employee participation.

+ Evaluate jobs utilizing the Hay Job Evaluation method for accuracy and consistency in grade, title, and FLSA status; works with managers and HR Partners regarding clarifications and discrepancies; responsible for ad-hoc, functional, and full market analysis; makes recommendations to HR Partners.
+ Conduct annual hourly compensation benchmarking for AFNA plant locations in partnership with site HR leadership.
+ Participate in regional and national compensation surveys and utilize data results to ensure competitive positioning within manufacturing sector.
+ Manage the Equity Management Incentive Plan (EMIP) and Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) tax reporting process for eligible participants as shares vest, including coordination with Payroll team to ensure compliance.
+ Stay abreast of FLSA and evolving federal/state/local pay regulations.
+ Mentors Compensation Analyst team members.
+ Manage compensation related projects, as assigned.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree is required, focus on Human Resources preferred
+ 5+ years of compensation experience
+ 3+ years of Human Resources experience within the manufacturing industry preferred
+ Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is desirable
+ Experience with Workday System a definite plus

**Job Description**
The HRIS Senior Analyst is a member of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team within the Amcor Shared Services department under Human Resources. **Compensation**
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $98 000 to $122 500; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $98 000 to $147 000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
