Position Overview
To visually inspect the manufactured product to ensure quality requirements are met before packing in an approved shipping container.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Adheres to Amcor Rigid Plastics Safety and Quality policies and procedures. To observe all safety rules/regulations and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner. Visually inspects moving bottles for defects using an approved sample as a model. Place acceptable bottles in an appropriate shipping container. Place non-conforming bottles in a “hold” container for further disposition. Report all recurring non-conforming issues to the Quality Technician, Mechanic and Leads. Place full shipping containers on pallets for removal from production area. To set an example that is consistent with the position held within the company. Basic Functions:
Supervises all plant production activities on a 12-hour day shift. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all company/plant policies, meeting production schedules and standards, producing product in accordance with applicable customer requirements, maintaining optimum production at the least possible cost. Job Description
The HRIS Senior Analyst is a member of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team within the Amcor Shared Services department under Human Resources. The primary responsibility of this role is to enhance and maintain HCM Systems (primarily Workday, UKG) that support HR process and functions for HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Payroll, and Time & Absence. You will partner with COE's and Business Leaders from HR, Finance, IT, and others to ensure operational efficiency and to drive new solutions that support business goals and objectives.
The HRIS Senior Analyst will perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision making, lead HRIS projects and initiatives including system implementations by gathering requirements, build and configure the HRIS for complex business needs, develop custom solutions and ensure system optimization, identify opportunities for process improvements, document processes, maintain data and security, create and analyze complex advanced and matrix custom reports, mentor, guide and provide expertise to the HRIS team and execute testing while adhering to audit and compliance requirements to ensure Amcor solutions are governed appropriately.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in multiple HCM functional areas within Workday or UKG
Provides day-to-day support of HR Systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex tier 2 issues in functional areas via ServiceNow tickets
Lead Workday and UKG configuration based on business requirements
Partners with COE's, HR Partners and other functions to understand and anticipate current and future business needs
Design, analyze, configure, test, and document complex HR solutions
Lead the review, analysis, implementation, and testing of Workday and UKG software releases for multiple functional areas
Lead HR Technology initiatives by assisting with project management, requirements gathering, configuration, report builds, testing, training, and documentation
Understand and communicate Workday and UKG roadmaps for multiple functional areas
Create and analyze complex reports and dashboards
Understands Workday and UKG security
Delivers service levels consistent with agreed upon service level agreements and quality measures
Ensures appropriate audit and compliance levels are met
Work with the HR Community to share and provide best practices, tips, and advice
Ability to lead multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
Mentor and guide HRIS Specialists
Provide expertise and assistance to other HRIS team members
Leverages software communities, personal networks, and external vendors to research best practices, solutions, issue resolutions, and ideas

What you'll do:

**Job Description**
**PURPOSE:** The National Accounts Manager's key responsibilities include managing a book of retail CPG business (approx. $50 Mln) and developing new strategic Retail Accounts business to increase sales and margin consistent with company goals. Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledge & Experience:
2 years work related experience directly associated with PLC's and DC and AC drives
Understanding of motor control concepts, Servos - VFD's.
Electrical enclosure and panel building experience
Must be able to support a 24 hour operation
Basic networking knowledge - IP addresses and remote terminal set-up
Demonstrated interpersonal and communicational skills with all levels of the organization
Printing, converting and extrusion experience a plus
Skills/Abilities/ Behaviours:
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills relating to PLC's, AC/DC drives and 3 phase power and power distributions
Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits using multi-meter
Able to look at schematics and understand the circuitry and what's occurring
Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems logically and quickly
Education & Certifications:
Associates degree in the electrical field
Physical Demands
Work requires physical strain such as extended periods of standing and walking in the production facility, and some occasional lifting of heavy items, i.e. cores or shafts.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Other physical demands crouching, and reaching.
Use of ladders and elevated walkways required.
Work Environment
Standard industrial type environment. Exposed to typical plant and outside environment with periodic exposure to inclement weather, noise, oil, grease, and chemical odors to some extent.
Exposed to electricity, compressed air systems, hydraulics, propane, and chemicals that require proper safety precautions.
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently exposed to noise levels such that we require the use of hearing protection.
Occasional contact with solvents requires that long-sleeved uniforms, gloves and safety glasses be worn. The employee will occasionally be exposed to solvent fumes and flammable liquids. Working with these chemicals possess a risk of fire or explosion from an ignition source, therefore Static Dissipating (SD or ESD) safety shoes are required.
The employee will be required to work near fast moving equipment with nip points and rollers that require caution such as working around moving machines in production facilities, and awareness of pedestrians who may be using the same work areas. Protective clothing or gear such as hearing protection, safety glasses or goggles, flame-retardant clothing, gloves and safety shoes is required.

Job Description
This position will support all production operations to optimize output and minimize waste while maintaining excellent quality and safety standards. Assist in the manufacture of quality products (per customer standards) as determined by the production schedule and or supervisor. To gain understanding of the technical knowledge required in the manufacturing process, and will continuously improve skills and productivity through teamwork. Performing housekeeping chores as needed, to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
Job Dimensions:
12 hour schedule on days (6:00AM-6:00PM) or nights (6:00PM-6:00AM). Must be available to work weekends and Holidays.
Principal Accountabilities:
Be proactive with product quality, process and machine issues.
Assist in maintaining machines and auxiliary equipment.
Perform all functions including operation of slitter, product inspection, area clean up, quality testing requirements, etc
Communicate within the group to insure co-workers are kept up to date with what occurred during the shift. Must be able to anticipate things that will come up after shift change and communicate all shift activities verbally and through documenting in shift logs.
Set up and operate line to meet product requirements.
Record machine and process conditions.
Perform and document quality checks.
Operate machine to achieve and exceed standard scrap and efficiencies

Responsibilities
Overview: The Data Entry and Production Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of production processes and maintaining data integrity. Summary:
The Corporate Controller is responsible for the financial reporting of the Americas region, covering the United States, Mexico, and Colombia. Your Mission:
Financial Close & Reporting
* Own and manage the monthly close process across U.S. operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to the close calendar
* Coordinate regional close activities with Mexico and Colombia, ensuring alignment of timing, standards, and deliverables
* Lead close coordination calls and proactively resolve issues or deviations
* Own execution of half-year and year-end close cycles, including all Group reporting requirements
Consolidation & Financial Systems
* Own the monthly consolidation process in the company's Oracle-based Group consolidation and reporting system

Audit & Compliance

Job Description
Provides technical and process engineering services and guidance to the Technical/Manufacturing departments in support of projects including development and commercialization of new products. **Responsibilities**
The Assistant Supervisor will perform an essential and unique role during his/her normal course of duty, so as to complement, but not duplicate the role of the Production Supervisor. Responsibilities
Repair, modify, and service high precision plastic injection molds and related tooling. OEE (overall equipment efficiency) KPI within Operate Tool Room machines, including mills, grinders, lathes, drill presses, etc.

Job Description
Develop and administer facility Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, standards, procedures and objectives. Foster facility awareness, involvement and accountability of EHS issues to assure full integration of EHS initiatives with business activities. Direct facility activities to minimize company liability and promote sustainability. This role will generally support locations of less than 150 employees with lower safety and environmental complexity.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
•Lead or facilitate the site EHS safety committee
•Serve as a member of the plant Leadership Team.
•Lead the development, implementation and continual enhancement of the Amcor EHS Management System at the facility.
•Identifies and leverages EHS best practices and manages through the Safety and Environmental Pillars of World Class Operations Management (WCOM).
•Lead EHS planning at the facility, including the setting of goals, prioritizing facility needs and establishing adequate systems for performance review and improvement.
•Assist department managers, supervisors and employees with implementation of creative approaches to improve safety, minimize environmental footprint and liability, and implement EHS initiatives.
•Conduct and/or coordinate EHS inspections and assessments to assure compliance with regulatory requirements, Amcor EHS initiatives and Amcor Key Performance Measures (KPM) expectations, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations based on findings.
•Provide progress reports, as appropriate, to corporate and facility management and facility employees relative to EHS goals, metrics and other performance indicators
•Coordinates resources to ensure EHS aspects and requirements, including legal requirements as contained in codes, laws, permits, licenses, orders, etc., affecting the facility are fully understood and properly managed.
•Procure and maintain records, data, or information necessary to: prepare internally or externally required reports; respond to agency requests; and verify compliance with EHS requirements. Prepare and submit timely reports and responses to informational requests.
•Provide recommendations and ensure proper follow up and resolution of all concerns identified through assessments, inspections, monitoring activities or other means.
•Evaluate new materials and material use to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote a safe work environment and protect the environment.
•Work with engineering in the design and installation of new or altered equipment or processes with the goal of eliminating or reducing safety hazards and environmental impact
•Provide training and information necessary to ensure responsible personnel are aware of corporate and governmental EHS regulations and requirements.
•Lead the facility in promoting and implementing a high performance EHS culture.
•Lead the development, maintenance, implementation, and annual review of EHS policies, procedures and responsibilities, and develop/direct activities that will stimulate and maintain employee interest as well as improve EHS performance.
•Perform and/or coordinate monitoring activities necessary to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and Amcor initiatives,.
•Manage the facility incident investigation process to ensure incidents are reported in a timely manner, root causes are identified and corrective actions are tracked through closure.
•Plan, develop, deliver, and coordinate effective EHS training to all facility employees, temporary workers, contractors, and visitors to promote a strong EHS culture.

**The Product Line Manager** will aid in the development and execution of both short term and long-term strategies for assigned Amcor product lines.
