Pros of working at Amd

Nothing at all. I was very dissappointed with all of the conditions provided at the offices. The CEO yelled frequently, and I was not very happy.

Cons of working at Amd

Bad work experience, CEO yelled at me constantly, no work benefits. I had no freedom and I was forced to work in a dirty cubicle for 300 hours a day.

There are no perks or benefits at my office of AMD. I am severely thinking of quitting this stupid job.

What do you like best about Amd's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing, because the CEO yells at me constantly and there is no leadership team at all.

How would you improve Amd's culture?

I would not improve the company culture because there is none. The CEO and the manager treat me like dirty trash.

How did you prepare for the Amd interview?

I prepared for the interview like it was the best thing of my life. It was my dream to work in the technology industry since the young age.

How does your compensation at Amd compare to the industry average?

I get paid none and I am not compensated for any of the helpful actions that I do at AMD.

What's the diversity at Amd like?

No, because they are very racist and are not kind to any one of us in the offices.

What brings you the most joy at Amd?

Personally, the most fulfilling thing that gives me the most joy at work is leaving the office. It is wonderful to think about the things I could do alone.
