Big company
Bullying is their culture. High employee turnover in Indy's Care Center. Made complaint to their Compliant Portal, No proper investigation was made, no interviews were conducted. All they do is to cover-up. Don't trust this company, and wont recommend this company, not unless they change their leadership in this location.
Stressed and being bullied, make you a stronger person.
Nothing.. He doesn't care how local care center run their business and how they bullied their employees. He only after of profit of the company.
Change the leadership team. Stop covering them up. Take complain as constructive criticism.
No need to prepare. High conversion rate in hiring new employees coz they just want to fill in the vacancy, but in returned, high turnover. Beware, there will be lots of misrepresentation given to you by interviewer. Promises and wrong infos given, for you to sign up for the job, but you will regret it once employed.
Average.., nothing special.. Expensive Medical Insurance. You will be paying at least $800/per pay day for your Medical Insurance for PPO plan for the family.
Not applicable in our location. leadership team is Racist., they don't acknowledge your hard work. They always demeaning your performance.
