About The Position
The Manager Key Accounts is responsible for leading and developing a comprehensive understanding of the business activities, financial health and strategic direction of selected Key Accounts (large industrial and commercial customers) in order to develop strong working relationships, implement integrated business objectives focusing on improved customer services and enhanced profitability for both parties. The position will develop inter-departmental and cross functional processes to standardize functions, guarantee efficiency and provide consistent delivery of quality outputs to achieve operational excellence. The position will also be responsible for economic development strategies and customer insights to assist with Ameren Illinois's clean energy transition, department goals, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide direct leadership to a team of Key Account Executives responsible for a multimillion annual budget with the overall objective of creating and sustaining revenue growth for Ameren.
* Direct the Key Account Executives (KAEs) to assure a coordinated, consistent, and documented approach for strategic relationships and partnerships with key customers.
* Set strategies and outreach to maintain and improve customer relationships and enhance profitability.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' business activities, financial health, and strategic direction to implement strategic business objectives through the KAEs.
* Manage to the KAEs to serve as personal consultants to each assigned key account and engender a trustworthy relationship throughout the customer's organization through frequent and timely contact and feedback.
* Direct the documentation of customer interactions and continually monitor and thoroughly evaluate the customer's satisfaction with our service.
* Manage the KAEs serving as a conduit of information from the customers to Ameren that can be used in the development of Ameren initiatives including regulatory or legislative affairs, policies/procedures and products/services. Provide competitive intelligence, trend analysis and customer feedback on a timely basis.
* Encourage and monitor the performance of KAEs in supporting the goals and key performance indicators of the department and the Corporation.
* Lead the development of reporting that monitors performance, including annual KPI's and performance reports for both internal and external use.
* Lead department CI efforts to identify process improvements, make necessary corrective actions, and maintain standardized work process procedure documents.
* Responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the department short-term and long-term business plans. Foster a positive work environment focused on results, execution of the strategic plan and growth and development of the KAEs.
* Serve as a leader in advancing Ameren Illinois's role in the clean energy transition and taking an innovative and forward-looking approach to customer solutions.
* Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Marketing or a related field. Five or more years of experience working in customer service, field operations or with community public officials and community leaders in the Ameren service, or utility specific is require. Experience with customer service and/or outage systems is required. Three or more years supervisory or team/project leadership experience is also required. Master's degree in business is preferred.

About The Position
The Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating duties associated with gas and electric operations, including acting as a liaison between front line supervisors and other company departments and support groups within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Schedule and track reliability and compliance work.
Support Work Prioritization and Scheduling of Compliance and Construction work in addition to creating Maximo work orders for compliance and construction when/as needed.
Track use of specialized division tools and equipment.
Track, update, and submit corrections on OAS and Maximo entry errors.
Assist in coordinating schedules that impact operations (e.g., vacation, training, apprentice, or duty schedules).
Working with customers to resolve complaints (e.g., yard repair).
Manage damage claim issues.
Maintain and support the duty rotation assignments, including ARCOS Duty Supervisor updates.
Prepare information for Division specific review of policies and procedures and one-on-one reviews.
Serve as a back-up for Operations Supervisor as needed.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Two or more years of electric or gas operations experience required. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Job Purpose

Essential Functions:
* Inspect, service, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment involving inspecting, diagnosing, dismantling, assembling, modifying, and repairing generators, boilers and auxiliaries, furnaces, pumps, and fuel handling and ash handling systems.
* Plan and coordinate work; instruct, train, and check the work of personnel engaged in maintenance activities.
* Troubleshoot equipment and system problems to determine the root cause and proper corrective action.
* Perform predictive and preventive maintenance activities and equipment performance analysis using diagnostic technologies and portable test equipment.
* Work safely and follow facility and company policies and procedures.

Job Summary:

Minimum Requirements

About The Position The Distribution System Service Dispatcher is responsible for assisting the Distribution System Operating Supervisors in the operation of the sub-transmission and distribution system in a safe and cost effective manner to ensure continuity of electric service to customers as well as restoring electric service to customers in a timely manner. They also assist the local service centers with after-hours duties. Key responsibilities include: ● Monitors incoming calls to the Distribution Control Office (DCO). ● Assists in dispatching and directing field personnel in a safe, efficient, and reliable manner in response to electric system outages and emergencies. ● Monitors the outage management display and initiates the response to incoming outages and service requests. This includes initiating ARCOS callouts for field employees, creating maintenance outages, responding to metering orders, and creating emergency JULIE tickets. ● Assists in restoring outages in a safe and timely manner, including notifying field Duty Supervisors and organizing outage notifications. This includes analyzing information from a variety of electronic systems, operating manuals, customer calls, and any pertinent information from field workers to determine the extent and the cause of outages. ● Verifies with field personnel the correct location of outages, changes the state of identified devices in the ORMAP system to ensure the proper outage counts are documented. ● During emergency storm restoration efforts, verifies system damage with field personnel that are patrolling the system and makes changes in ORMAP to reflect the current state of the distribution system. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Two or more year's relevant experience (e.g., distribution systems, electric utility operations, outage management systems, electric mapping systems, dispatch experience, etc.) required. About The Position
The Distribution System Operator Supervisor in Training (DSOS - In Training) will engage in intensive on-the-job training and testing to master the critical responsibilities performed by the Distribution System Operator Supervisor (DSOS) position at Ameren Illinois. Under guidance, the DSOS - In Training will learn to direct field personnel in the operation of the subtransmission and distribution system in a safe and cost effective manner to ensure continuity of electric service as well as restore electric service to customers in a timely manner. About The Position
The Engineer performs systems studies, project engineering and project management duties in order to complete plans, designs, cost estimates, and construction management related to the construction, operation, and maintenance of gas distribution facilities with emphasis on safety, reliability, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The Manager, Economic Development, is responsible for establishing and implementing Ameren's proactive development strategies to create and sustain revenue growth, support public strategy implementation and foster positive community stewardship.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead a team of Business Development Executives in crafting and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, foster job creation, and promote long-term economic prosperity for Ameren customers and communities.
* Manage team oversight of new businesses considering investment in the Ameren Illinois service territory and serve as the primary point of contact for high profile potential customers.
* Plan and coordinate corporate-wide business development and community development programs that Ameren Illinois provides to customers and community-based organizations ensuring consistent policies and practices across the Illinois territory.
* Manage, develop, inform and promote Ameren's policies and programs (rates, tariffs, policy, terms and conditions) as well as industry issues.
* Oversee complex project analysis for customer/prospect requests and determine appropriate billing methodologies to be used, as well as development of new concepts, strategies and related tools that facilitate efficiency.
* Provide technical development services and public strategy support to assist Ameren Illinois and other Ameren business lines achieve corporate business development goals.
* Develop and enhance economic development partnerships with communities, customers, private developers, site selection professionals/consultants, utilities, and target industry companies.
* Lead in-person engagement efforts through approximately 25% travel across Ameren Illinois' service territory and nationally to attend site selector events, build relationships with strategic partners, and conduct prospect visits with potential business customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university; business, marketing, or finance preferred. MBA preferred. Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) preferred. Seven or more years of related experience required (e.g., utility, economic development , relationship management, project leadership/management).
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite; depth and breadth of business knowledge related to Ameren processes and systems; strong analytical skills; able to make sound decisions with ambiguous information and possess a high level of organizational skills and business acumen; proven ability to work effectively as a team with various stakeholders to include all levels of the organization and external stakeholders; solid communication skills, including presentation, written and verbal; creative self-starter and strong problem-solver; and the following Ameren competencies: Think Customer, Inspire and Engage, Foster Innovation, Drive Results, Champion Learning, Build Trust, and Be Strategic.

Compensation Range:
$131,900.00 - $204,400.00
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
