Ameresco is currently looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist (COS) to work with the Customer, Director of Operations, Sales Manager, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to complete new project onboarding per Ameresco's Project Onboarding Standard Operating Procedure. The COS will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. This position will work remotely. Responsibilities: Maintain and manage to completion new projects being onboarded on the Smartsheet© program. Import customer and project data into AssetPlanner's Service request support module. Import contract and budget data into AssetPlanner's contract planning module. Create and import all inspection templates into AssetPlanner maintenance dispatcher module. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management/customer interfacing roles. Additional Qualifications: Proven organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: Monitor real-time data from Solar and Energy Storage sites to identify anomalies, trends, and performance deviations. Ability to technically troubleshoot commercial solar PV and BESS systems remotely Analyze system performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Ability to handle complex and critical issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose system issues and propose corrective actions. The ability to remotely diagnose, troubleshoot, and reset equipment. Utilize data visualization tools and software to present insights effectively to management and engineering teams. The Lead Plant Operator has responsibility for all critical equipment operators at Fort Detrick Energy Production Facility. This individual oversees boiler, chiller, and conditioned emergency power systems operation under the direction of the Facility Manager and Assistant Facility Manager. The Lead Plant Operator also oversees the day-to-day task list of facility operations, maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned.in Fort Detrick in Frederick, MD. The essential functions of the position include: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all facility equipment to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and performance standards. Oversees all subcontractors and facility personnel involved in equipment operation and maintenance. Monitor and adjust plant equipment performance, taking corrective actions as needed to optimize energy efficiency. Operate plant control systems, HMI devices and perform electrical switching operations, including racking out circuit breakers.. Work a rotating shift (Dupont Schedule) that includes 12-hour shifts on both days and nights. Provide on-call after-hours support. Participate in spill equipment deployment and emergency response. Maintain plant operating records and logs. Obtain measurements and readings and compare with industry/manufacturer standards. Configure, test, and tune valve actuators and positioners. Use a HART communicator to configure and test pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters. Perform function testing of PLC code and I/O systems using PLC programming software. Participate in plant performance testing activities and use plant HMI workstations to function test and troubleshoot field equipment. Update P&IDs, control panel drawings, and other drawings and schematics as needed according to the commissioning drawing revision procedures. Complete standardized project commissioning documentation in a timely manner, as part of the commissioning documentation package. Assist with the organization of the documentation turnover package including commissioning documentation, pressure test documentation, O&M manuals, etc. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% or more) to support commissioning projects as needed. Communicate regularly with the manager regarding any encountered or expected issues with schedule, work scope, or the need for additional resources to solve problems.
