Ameresco is actively seeking a talented SeniorAccountExecutive in our Colorado office to strategically drive sales of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and advanced technology solutions across multiple market sectors.
The successful candidate will be able to build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, propose, win, negotiate and secure contracts, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
Possess comprehensive knowledge of energy, renewable, and advanced-technology markets, their trends, and emerging issues to enable thorough discovery and a clear understanding of customers' primary business objectives and requirements.
Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate the full scope of Ameresco solutions and services to meet customer energy savings requirements.
Drive winning proposal strategy, contribute to written proposal content, and prepare and present solutions to customers.
Target and contact key decision-makers and develop positive relationships to secure new projects opportunities, sales volume, and market share.
Monitor account plan progress, including market conditions, customers' needs, competitive activity, and provide progress and execution updates through expert use of corporate CRM.
Work together with technical and development teams to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years (or equivalent) of progressive experience marketing complex energy-efficiency, renewable-technology, and performance-contracting solutions within energy services or related field (such as construction or similar industry).
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of related sales experience in lieu of degree.
2 years progressive experience in the sale of complex energy efficiency, renewable generation, and advanced technology solutions within energy services and target markets.
Active progress toward industry-related or advanced education is preferred.
Ability to identify customer energy needs, effectively communicate energy solutions, and position Ameresco as the provider of choice.
Proven track record of securing sales of complex offerings from top-level management.
Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation skills, including effective negotiation and closing techniques. • Excellent verbal, written, computer communication, and technical presentation skills.
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and positive business relationships.
Valid Drivers' License in good standing, issued by the resident state required.
Travel required.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $107,100-$155,100 (presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity, depending on the role.
Actual pay will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. This range supports our commitment to pay transparency and compliance with applicable laws. Compensation may vary by work location, including remote arrangements.

Introduction of Role
The Senior Director of Villa Sales & Marketing is a full-time senior leadership role responsible for owning the strategy, structure, and execution of the COVA Villa Sales program. This individual will lead the day-to-day planning, operational execution, and governance of villa sales during predevelopment, while serving as the senior decision-maker across sales, client engagement, agency management, and legal coordination.
Early in the project lifecycle, the role is top-heavy on operations, systems, legal coordination, and program build-out. The AccountExecutive I (AE) is responsible for managing the sales process and driving profitable new sales growth within an assigned sales territory covering multiple Districts. Position will target new business over multiple Districts working closely with DMs to find, qualify, and target specified prospects.
Approximately 90% of capacity to focus on new business process, including identifying & qualifying targets, working through sales process, and negotiating pricing and agreements. 10% of capacity will be coaching local sales teams through the sales process.
Position will work with local sales teams to transition day-to-day service at newly signed accounts while maintaining a high level customer relationship.
Engages customers by linking the customer's business priorities to the Airgas value proposition.
Prepares sales proposals by quoting pricing, establishing credit terms, and estimated date of delivery to customers based on knowledge of Airgas's production/delivery schedules.
Keeps current with industry insights, current Airgas product mixes, monitors competition by gathering current relevant marketplace including information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Required Qualifications:

Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Regional Sales Manager - EPC to work from a remote location. The Regional Sales Manager - EPC will perform the duties described in the below and will be considered an Exempt employee.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and be able to meet revenue and business development goals, and effectively manage and grow a sales territory. This candidate will be able to build and foster relationships to achieve his or her revenue goals.

Job Description:
