Ameresco has an immediate opening for a SeniorProjectManager to join our West Construction Operations team based in Phoenix, Arizona. This person will be responsible for leading complex Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and Design‑Build construction projects from development through commissioning. We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensures projects meet contractual, financial, and performance obligations. NOTE: Remote based candidates may be considered.
Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle management of EPC and Design‑Build projects, including scope development, construction oversight, commissioning, and measurement & verification (M&V).
Manageproject budgets, schedules, risk profiles, and performance guarantee metrics to ensure contractual compliance and profitability.
Oversee subcontractor and vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Directly manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality control and project delivery on time and within budget, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Schedule management: update schedules to reflect current information, monitor critical path activities, and track outstanding tasks.
Manage and mentor Assistant projectmanagers, construction managers and projectmanagers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building owners, facility managers, and external partners in the public, institutional, industrial, government, and commercial sectors.
Facilitate project meetings, progress updates, and decision‑making processes.
Build long‑term client relationships that support repeat business and program expansion.
Review and manage engineering design, submittal, and construction document approvals.
Monitor field activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
Lead commissioning activities and ensure systems perform designed.
Develop and manageproject budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost‑control strategies.
Work collaboratively with the Project Finance, Construction, and O&M Services teams to satisfy all requirements for commercial operation and financial close.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Minimum of seven (7) years of projectmanagement experience in EPC, ESCO, and/or Design‑Build construction.
Proven track record managing complex mechanical, electrical, controls and renewable energy projects.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, lighting, controls, renewables, water conservation).
Proficiency with projectmanagement tools and construction scheduling software.
Valid Drivers' License in good standing, issued by resident state is required.
Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills.
Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CEM, CMVP, or LEED AP are preferred.
Experience with public sector procurement (K‑12, higher ed, municipal, federal) is preferred.
Knowledge of utility incentive programs and financing structures for energy and renewable energy projects is preferred.
Experience with energy modeling, savings calculations, and M&V protocols (IPMVP) is preferred.

Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to be part of our growing Software Engineering organization. This organization is responsible for everything up and down our technology software stack, and is at the heart of making sure Form's battery achieves the best performance possible. Assist in generation of rough order of magnitude and/or formal estimates for potential projects pertaining to LV efforts or LV portions of larger efforts.
Assist in proposal development for the LV portion of the deliverable.
Review and assess LV cost estimates.
Full understanding of fiber optic structured cable systems and basic network design, specifically high stand count single mode fiber systems related to data center campus topographies

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Low voltage PM Experience. (Data center preferred)
Strong background with project estimating.
Familiarity with Copper, and fiber OPTIC cabling requirements, as well as closet buildouts.
Ability to do takeoffs per designed drawings.
Proficient with Fluke testing products and linkware application.
Valid Drivers license
Must be US citizen.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accurate timekeeping and operational efficiency
Demonstrated expertise in structured cabling standards with proven ability to lead projects and manage teams.
Proficiency in telecom drawing interpretation and comprehensive project planning.
With ability to travel 30-50% of the time

Job Objective: The Manager, Business Systems Training is responsible for developing, administering, and continuously improving a comprehensive training program for RelaDyne's ERP platform, bolt-on applications, and related business processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management.
* Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs in conjunction with the Director, OCM for ERP systems, bolt-on applications, and business processes to support acquisition integrations and new hire onboarding.
* Responsible for maintaining and leveraging 3rd party training partnerships with the Director, OCM to supplement internal training when necessary.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to select a primary LMS to house training materials and help administer training efforts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or ERP/business process implementation.
* Experience managing and developing training teams, preferably in a player-coach capacity.
* Strong projectmanagement, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage DM2) and related applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to travel up to 30% to support acquisition integrations and training delivery.
