RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create Order and confirm location of assigned vehicles from various financial institutions.
· Research variable delays regarding pickup assignments not ready to be verified.
· Re-verify delays that occur after the vehicle has been dispatched, but not picked up.
· Confer with banks as to location of vehicles and to answer any other questions they might have regarding transportation needs.
· Cross check multiple transportation online resources to complete assigned tasks.
· Assist when needed and available, other employees to expedite their tasks.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
Always exhibit ‘hands on' and direct approach with customers.
Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
Ensure ashtrays are empty and trash removed from vehicles at the end of each run.

Ensure vehicle is delivered to dealer as desired. Ensure car is parked at dealer's location where wanted, with windows up if requested and keys are in safe and secure place.
Ensure cars are parked in proper location based on run number in windshield on sale day.
Ensure keys are in ignition for all vehicles in your lane on sale day.
Be in assigned lane prepared for sale when auction starts.
Keep vehicles moving throughout the lane through the sale with all doors unlocked.
Work well independently as well as a team player.
Performs other duties as necessary.

The CR Writer/Inspector provides efficiency on condition reports and post sale inspection. The CR Writer/Inspectors exhibit superior customer service. The CR Writer adheres to all auction confidentiality and compliance standards. The CR Writer/Inspector will assist in condition reports, PSI, Arbitration and vehicle registration as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Always exhibit ‘hands on' and direct approach with customers.
Complete any course required by auction for inspector position.
Inspect units cosmetically and mechanically. Ensure all vehicle Condition Reports are in compliance with each client's requirements.
Stock unit into the system complete with trim codes.
Ensure each vehicle's mileage, options, damages, pictures and mechanical status are accurately reported.
Check units for Frame and Flood damage.
Photograph all the units to attach to condition report.
Clear all information stored on vehicle's phone and navigation system.
Make sure auction tag is attached to the unit being inspected on 5 mile test drive.
Ensure all tablets are synced, properly charged and handled with care.
Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily with the exception of sale day.

Skills:
Requires the ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately in the English language. The ability to use common sense and sound judgment when faced with unusual situations is necessary. The ability to multi-task in this position is essential. Employee must demonstrate the ability to interact tactfully and positively with customers, vendors, AAAKC staff and management. High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid Texas driver's license and be 18 years or older.
Previous experience in auto detailing or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of cleaning solutions and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 40 pounds and occasionally more.
Required to regularly stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb up on and out of large vehicles.
Being in good physical shape to have the stamina required to perform the required duties
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Work is performed in varying extreme outdoor weather conditions; noise level is moderate to loud.
This is full-time, Benefit eligible and 401k.
