What you'll do!
At America's Car-Mart our Call Center is often the frontline of the organization. We rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued customers who have questions or concerns. We're looking for a call center associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner that can adapt to different issues as they arise. This person will be responding to customer inquiries, booking appointments and following up on leads. As the voice of our company, the call center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping consumers and driving their satisfaction. This is an entry-level position with excellent growth opportunities within our call center department.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Hours: Must be available to work Monday thru Saturday from 8am to 5pm. You will be assigned two days off between Monday and Saturday and be guaranteed at least one Saturday off per month.
Qualifications:
