We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily operations of their branch, ensuring top-tier member service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. What your day will look like:
* Manage all aspects of branch operations including cash handling, transaction accuracy, security, and audit compliance

Research and solve issues with lien releases on closed loans from merger files.
Work with members and branch staff in obtaining all external mortgage loan document requests.
Coordinates with members who have credit disputes caused by DMI and assists them in resolving the issue.
Work alongside with the Insurance Department to solve insurance issues and document submission on external mortgage loans.
Seeks workflow improvements and sources for automation so as to increase efficiencies.
Reconcile Corelogic spreadsheet each month on any past due taxes.

Member Focus
Serves as the sole point of contact for all branches and members on all questions and issues related to servicing external mortgage loans.
Manages Real Estate Helpdesk.
Process all HELOC payoff quote requests, process all payoff wires and checks, assess and collect prepayment fees when applicable, and process account closures along with ensuring correct document processing required.
Process and monitor the status of all mobile homes within the portfolio, including conducting escrow analyses for loans, ensuring prompt payment of taxes and insurance, and processing payments.
Process reconveyance lien releases and all subordination requests for all HELOC loans and external mortgage loans including the tracking and recording with the county.
Research and solve issues with lien releases on closed loans from merger files.
Work with members and branch staff in obtaining all external mortgage loan document requests.
Coordinates with members who have credit disputes caused by DMI and assists them in resolving the issue.
Work alongside with the Insurance Department to solve insurance issues and document submission on external mortgage loans.
Seeks workflow improvements and sources for automation so as to increase efficiencies.
Reconcile Corelogic spreadsheet each month on any past due taxes.

The full pay range for this position across all the states in which we hire is $22.07-$30.89/hourly. The figures shown represent the minimum and maximum of the range for this role. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate's experience, education, and skill level.

EXPERTISE YOU NEED
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED certificate.
One year of real estate mortgage experience in quality control, processing and/or Real Estate closing position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Related work experience may substitute for education.
Capabilities
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
