It is a family atmosphere. We are one team and help each other always.
Year and a half and I am not sure there is one. I keep waiting for someone to go bonkers. Maybe it is me. Love it here.

Here in Statesville I think we are great.
Not enough. I actually studied about the company not for that dang math test. It humbled me greatly. I do understand it is not what you know but that you stick with it.
In our area it is competitive enough for what I do.
Our office is not as diverse as a normal office but the field we are in can limit that. Our subcontractors are extremely diverse.
THE CUSTOMERS! and my co-workers. I actually enjoy coming to work. I love joking with the customers and getting to know them, their families and needs.
Working relationships and teams are key to success. They work with you to make sure you are successful and provide job security.
There are definitely times when the small offices are overwhelming. When times are good, they are busy for everyone, regardless of position.
The 401k is pretty good. The home discounts for employees is phenomenal. There is no limit to the job you could have there. OTJ training is abundant.
