Mr. Allan P. Merrill is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Beazer Homes USA Inc. Mr. Merrill, joined the Company in May 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and currently serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Merrill was previously with Move, Inc. where he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy beginning in October 2001. From April 2000 to October 2001, Mr. Merrill was president of Homebuilder.com, a division of Move, Inc. Mr. Merrill joined Move, Inc. following a 13-year tenure with the investment banking firm UBS (and its predecessor Dillon, Read & Co.), where he was a managing director and served most recently as co-head of the Global Resources Group, overseeing the construction and building materials, chemicals, forest products, mining and energy industry groups. Mr. Merrill is a member of the Executive Committee of the Policy Advisory Board of the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University and the Homebuilding Community Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics

David V. Auld
D.R. Horton

David V. Auld is President and Chief Executive Officer of D.R. Horton, positions he has held since October 2014. Mr. Auld was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from November 2013 until October 2014. He was Region President overseeing the Company’s homebuilding operations in Florida, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama from 2005 to 2013. From 1988 to 2005, Mr. Auld served as the Division President of the Company’s Orlando Division. Prior to 1988, he worked for Texas American Bank and General Dynamics.
