MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
