The Digital Services Specialist position ensures efficient operation and daily administration of the online banking and mobile banking platforms, performs digital payment processing, and provides branch and member support. Essential Job Functions:

Attentive: Monitor the flow and processing of transactions related to digital payments, mobile deposits, and the daily administration of the online banking programs.
Accountability: Adheres to regulations and conducts in-depth investigations to identify fraud patterns, root causes, and potentially impacted accounts to report them to the Digital Services Manager and Risk Team. Monitor and respond to “fraud in progress” and other suspicious activity reported by members or internal teams. Review member accounts for risk indicators and recommend next steps to protect the member and the credit union.
Online Banking Administration: Daily administration and support for branches and members on the online banking platforms.
Digital Payments and Mobile Deposit Processing : Daily processing of digital payments through bill pay, A2A, and P2P platforms, remote mobile deposits, and other duties assigned.
General Ledger Balancing: Supports accounting with daily settlements and exception processing of digital payments and mobile deposits
Trustworthy: Maintains confidentiality and integrity of all member accounts as well as confidentiality with employees. Follow all credit union policies and procedures, including policies and procedures for customer identification and all BSA requirements.

As an Analyst in the ABL group, you will learn credit analysis fundamentals and work with experienced teams on structuring and managing financing solutions, gaining exposure to industry-leading credit, origination, and syndication teams that cover a broad spectrum of industries, contribute to the Commercial Bank's loan portfolio with approximately $44 billion of credit exposure and over 1,000 clients, receive training in lending based on both collateral value and cash flows, and ultimately develop into a specialist with broad credit skills and industry experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Our Summer Analyst Program will provide you with an introduction to client management, credit structuring, and cash management allowing you to develop the necessary skillset to become a successful Full-Time Analyst. The 9-week program will begin with a week of orientation and training, giving you foundational business knowledge you'll build upon throughout the summer.
You will also have the opportunity to hear from and network with senior leaders and spend time with peers from programs across the bank at philanthropic and group events.
Upon successful completion of the internship program, you may receive an offer of full-time employment in our 2.5 year, full-time C&SI Analyst Program.
