Education:
Associate's Degree in Management, Business or related field is required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) preferred
Experience:
3 years of prior Sales, Business Development/Relationship Management, and/or Marketing support experience in a business setting or conference/event environment is required
Demonstrated experience successfully achieving sales goals or targets is required
Event and Exhibit experience preferred
Experience using Salesforce is preferred

The Anatomic Pathology Core Lab is looking for a Lab Processing Assistant to join their team. The Histology Laboratory processes over 400,000 paraffin-embedded blocks and 1,500,00 slides per year. Specimens handled in this laboratory include surgical, autopsy, and research material. The laboratory takes pride in contributing to the accurate diagnosis of the patient and the expansion of scientific knowledge through the services it offers both pathologists, and research investigators.

The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for performing delegated activities to support the operating room team in the care of the surgical patient. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Core Charge RN, and Core Supervisor, the Sterile Processing Technician prepares and delivers medical/surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures. The Sterile Processing Technician cleans, packages, and processes surgical equipment and instrumentation, as well as maintains inventory and storage of supplies in the core. The Sterile Processing Technician manages multiple computer applications to assist with sterilization tracking and processes. Responsible to operate and troubleshoot power equipment to process instruments (i.e. autoclaves, washer disinfector, ultrasonic cleaners).
Qualifications
Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certification as a Central Processing Technician (CRCST) within 18 months of hire. Must be 18 years of age prior to start date. Prefer two years of experience in the handling and sterilization processing of surgical/medical/dental instrumentation within the past four years, or vocational certificate as Central Service Technician or Patient Care Assistant within the last two years. **The Role**
As a Senior Lead Database Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of administration, security, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and data replication in our Oracle database environments, while providing strategic guidance and advanced troubleshooting for complex application/database challenges. You will be a part of a hybrid DBA support model (onshore/offshore) working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and operations, to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our systems.
**The Main Responsibilities**
-Provide expert technical direction in the creation, delivery and integration of multiple and complex database solutions for a design and/or production environment.
-Consult and collaborate with multiple teams in the following areas: Design - design database solutions, convert logical design into physical database, perform problem determination and resolution, and perform database design process and reviews.
-Production - perform database management, resolve database problems, and provide database security.
-Explore and evaluate new and emerging technologies relating to the design and/or production database environment. Develop and drive overall DB solutions and strategies.

-Consult and collaborate with Architecture and Infrastructure on IT wide solutions.
-Lead complex outage analysis and resolution.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ Experience in Oracle 19c and 12c including RAC, ASM, OEM, GoldenGate and Data Guard.
+ Backup/recovery expertise using RMAN.
+ In depth knowledge and experience with DB upgrades, re-hosting, and patching.
+ Experience leading database design reviews, access methods, database performance and SQL tuning, security policies, and pre/post implementation capacity planning.
+ 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
+ Good design, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to understand end user experience.
+ Excellent organization, oral and written communications skills.
+ Ability to achieve GSA suitability (government security clearance **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Oracle Database Administration certification desired but not required.In-depth knowledge of multiple database technologies, and experience leading integration efforts between technologies.Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, PostgreSQL, and/or NoSQL database technologies a plus.

Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Undergraduate Internship is to provide an intern with relevant field experiences in their chosen field of study. One or more mentors will be assigned to the intern to provide instruction, guidance and to assess performance. The intern is responsible for observing the functions and processes of the assigned work unit. In addition, the intern may be given selected work assignments to reinforce the learning experience, to assess the performance levels and to provide benefit to the work unit.
